so big space with good price

호텔이 전반적으로 깨끗하고 접근성도 좋았습니다 아침조식도 만족스러웠습니다 안내데스크 직원과 발렛주차요원은 친절하였습니다 단지 주차가 발렛전용으로 비용이 발생합니다

베드룸과 거실이 나뉘어져 있어서 출장시 업무보기에 좋았습니다. 부엌에 전자렌지가 있어서 간단하게 한끼 해결할 수 있는 것도 좋았는데 물은 처음에 방문할 때 한병만 주니까 구입해서 먹어야 합니다. 아침식사는 무료인데 여러가지 제공되는 편입니다.

조용하고 깨끗했어요. 하룻밤 자기 아쉬웠네요. 발렛주차비 비싼거 빼곤..다음에도 유펜 대학교 방문하면 또 머물생각입니다.

Lovely place

Upon arrival no washcloths in room ..was not the room i was supposed to have. Bathroom sink Draining slow front of Dishwasher wasn't Clean front of property ground Nasty & Filty Smoking trays outfront full for 2days rooms New upgraded especially Bathroom n Kitchen my trash was still in hallway Next Morning House kepper said they where short Staffed...

The staff at breakfast was fantastic! The woman that handled breakfast was friendly to my babies the gentleman helped make waffles. It was one of the best customer service I have ever recieved!

Very clean and friendly staff. Wouldn't go out walking at night though, didn't feel safe

Bedbugs in first room! $45 for parking is a ripoff when there is totally free parking one block away. Breakfast patio is nice. Facility smelled like weed.

It was very hard to use the key card to get in your room and go up and down in the elevator. My TV didn’t work the second day. No one came to fix it although they said they would come three times I was I’m asking to be compensated for it. However, the staff was very personable and the breakfast is very good.

Lovely property!

We stayed at the Homewood Suites on a normally hot week in July. The motion-activated air conditioning was not up to the task; it was unpleasantly warm in the room during our stay (we never got the temperature in the room below 77 degrees). We booked a one bedroom suite, but the motion activation sensor and the single cooling vent were in the bedroom. So we couldn't hang out in the living room area (because the air conditioning wouldn't sense us and turn on, and even if we got the air conditioning to turn on, the living area didn't cool off). The motion activation required a lot of motion--after two days of the AC not turning on when we got back to the room, we started dancing in front of the sensor for about ten minutes to turn it on. And it turned off overnight while we were sleeping, so we'd wake up around 4 am unpleasantly warm again. In addition, some mold in shower and discoloration on shower curtain; property generally worn. Only herbal tea provided in the room, no caffeinated tea. Conditioner bottle was empty. Good location, large room, convenient amenities. But I would not stay here again in the summer.

The staff was extremely accommodating. I informed the staff that I was traveling with my child with autism. The staff member was able to change my room near exit and on the lowest floor he had available. The changes made our stay so much better.

Paid for a room with 2 beds but only had linen for one of them in it. Toilet wasn't cleaned. Pool towels run out quickly. Lots of food options around. Free breakfast. Expensive parking. Pool is mid.

Clean hotel and friendly staff, delicious hot breakfast, and great location in a quiet part of the city close to UPenn. 7 Eleven right next door and plenty of food options and grocery stores. Room showed signs of wear and tear and bed is too soft (not medium firm like most Hilton rooms are) , freezer/fridge is too loud. But room was clean. Pool is small so not really good for swimming, just for hanging out and the water temperature was way too cold. Also they allowed people who were not guests at the hotel to use the pool (who had family staying at the hotel) resulting in a big family pool party and took up the entire space so we could not enjoy the pool much. The pool and hot tub water did not seem clean. Pool bathroom was dirty (perhaps because of the party people).

Entire building reaked of Marijuana. It was difficult to sleep will the Marijuana raising from below or beside. Entire 7th floor hallwall smelled like Marijuana skunk. My sinuses hurt from it and I did my best to slwep woth the covers ocer my head to try to filter it as best as possible.
