하필 비가 엄청 오던 날에 늦게 체크인을 하고 다음 날 체크아웃을 하게 돼서 호텔을 제대로 둘러보진 못했는데... 호텔을 소개하는 사진들처럼 호텔 자체는 경관도 시설도 좋았던 것 같습니다. 다만, 다른 슐로스호텔에서는 그렇지 않았는데, 이 곳은 좀 더 오래된 성을 개조해서 호텔로 만들어서 그런건지.. 아니면 비가 많이 와서 그런건지.. 객실이나 로비 등이 좀 낡고 눅눅하고 꿉꿉한 느낌은 있었습니다. 그리고... 이렇게 생각하고 싶지는 않지만... 체크인을 늦게 해서 그런거겠지만... 유인럽이나 미인국이 아닌 여객행이 묵는 경우에는 왠지 뷰가 좋않지은 방을 주는 듯한 느낌이... 1박을 한 거라서 딱히 상세한 후기를 하기에는 뭣하지만.. 암튼 슐로스는 다 좋은 것 같아요. ^^

The staff was truly so warm, friendly and helpful. Our goal for our stay was to relax and fully unplug, and we did so. We enjoyed days of quiet relaxation with spectacular views of the mountains and valley that started with a wonderful breakfast. The evening meals in the restaurant were delicious. The restaurant staff both in the morning and the evening were an absolute delight. Our biggest challenge was probably most due to our inability to understand German. There were details that we didn't find out or understand until later in our planning of our trip. Life was simplified once we came to find out that they would gladly meet us at the Mittersill train station, and that they would have even picked us up at the Zell am See train station for a charge. We wished that we would have found those details earlier in our trip planning days.

Wonderful stay at the Schloss! Rooms are very clean with a ton of character. Parking was easy. Staff was very helpful. We loved the spa area with the sauna and pool. And we had two excellent breakfasts and two excellent dinners at their on site restaurant. Not to be missed!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einen herrlichen alten Schloss mit einem schönen Park. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr schön gelegen, Essen sehr gut.

Alles okay, uns hat es wieder gut gefallen, kommen gerne wieder. RF

I liked everything about the castle. The history, view, location to evertything, food menus, staff. The stay was just perfect.

Schloss Mittersill is a dramatic property with an interesting history. The views from high on the hill are fantastic. The staff was terrific and even provided my wife an I a private terrace dining room with 360 degree views of the mountains for our anniversary celebration.

Too many turns to get to the room. Hard to understand

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the old castle look mixed with some modern interior. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, which led to a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Beautiful hotel situated above the town to provide you with an oasis from the world. Great historic property with old world charm meeting modern comfort. The staff was amazing, the facilities were great. Only note to US guests, the rooms can get a bit hot in August, but we’d stay again!

Great place. Very clean and convenient room and its faciities. Nice pool. A lot of spots to relax inside the hotel. Rooms with balkony at 3rd floor are not air conditioned. At hot days ask for ventilator.

Our family of four spent two nights here in May. What a magical place, the setting is perfect for recharging. There is adventure to be found for sure, however after a busy week exploring Austria on our way to Italy, we simply enjoyed the beauty of the mountains and relaxing with a book. Our suite had a balcony with incredible views of the mountains and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Loved our stay!

Oh my, it is gorgeous! We absolutely loved it. Tasteful, quiet, and a wonderful location with charming staff.

Lovely location, the Castle is beautiful, great service and lovely food. 30 minutes from Kitzbühel and surrounded by beautiful mountains. Definitely recommended!

Most impressive hotel and staff

We absolutely loved our stay at the mittersill castle hotel. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a drink in the Schlosshof. We were shown to our room, which was beautiful. So spacious with a gorgeous view. We booked the half pension for the first night, and the food was delicious. The second night we ate from the menu al a crate. Once again, delicious. We went to the spa everyday, and were very impressed with the sauna. Breakfast was very filling with excellent service. The location of the castle within the Hohe Tauern national park was great for hiking. We will definitely be back soon!

Amazing hotel...once in a life time you deserve it! Beautiful location, view and site. We got a beatuful suíte ( Gina Lolobrigida!!). Place full of charm and story... Very romantic. A great and friendly staff. An special recognition to Alexandro, who was very kind of making a tour explaining the story of The Schloss...

This is totally worth going to stay for at least a few days!!! An amazing stay, loved everything about it!!!!

Nur schon das Wienerschnitzel ist eine Reise wert!!! Leider war unser Aufenthalt zu kurz, um uns mehr verwöhnen zu lassen. Zimmer top. Garage top. Frühstück top.
