아주 늦은밤 도착했지만 문제없었고 조식 아주~ 훌륭했습니다.

객실깔끔하고 공항도 걸어서 갈만함. 다만 저가격에 아침이 포함안된건 공항 근처 호텔임에도 불구하고 조금 불만족스러웟음

깨끗하고 친절함 저렴하고 공항에서 가까움 공항으로 가는 버스를 타고 호텔 역에서 내려서 가면 됨 걸어서 이십분가량

시내에서는 한시간 거리로 베이커 스트리트에서 이지버스를 타고 공항을 가서 걸어 호텔까지 이동하여 묵었습니다. 10분 정도 걸리며 다음 날 아침 비행기 시간이 일러 걱정했는데 전날 공항에서 호텔까지 걸어가면서 걱정거리가 사라졌습니다. 홀리데이인 익스프레스가 공항에서 가장 가까우며 그 다음이 이비스, 홀리데이인 순서입니다.

Probably the best Holiday Inn I’ve ever been (compared to the US locations). Great value and nice place to stay for Luton layover.

Exceptionally friendly staff

An OK hotel. Too expensive for what it offers. Booked through hotels.com with breakfast but they told me breakfast not included, so had to pay for breakfast which was awful to tell you the truth. Dry and overpriced. Wont be returning again. Overall with parking and breakfast, it took me over my company limit. Parking and breakfast per day is over £30.

This property is nice and close to Luton airport. The reception staff were nice and friendly.

In general everything was good; the bed mattress in particular was extremely comfortable. Problems were: the bedside lights didn't work, which was minor, but more annoying was some sort of green safety light above the door, which stayed on all night, disturbing sleep. Horrid!

The meet and greet was friendly. The hotel was clean and modern. I wouldn't have any hesitation in stopping there again.

Room small, but fitted all needs for pre flight stay. Friendly staff. Lovely bar/restaurant area with 24 hour menu. Food was good. 10 minute walk from airport - bit tricky at times to cross roads with constant traffic. I think there is a shuttle bus though.

Quick stop over before flight, convenient for Terminal 1 with ample parking

The staff was excellent!! They were frienfly, courteous and very helpful. The room was clean, good dinner and breakfast choices. Thank you for everything!!!

Very nice hotel, great rooms, food and service.

Perfect for overnight sleep before early morning flight. Very comfortable bed and I slept despite flights nearby! Good soundproofing.

Ideal location for the airport

Stayed here a few times with my children...nice friendly hotel ....only gripe is I wish they had a better breakfast selection

Excellent room with some lovely touches for what is predominately a hotel for airport users. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming Had recently stayed and the Ibis hotel next door and this was head and shoulders above that. Would definitely stay here again.
