너무 좋았습니더. 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶은 숙소입니다

구시가지랑 좀떨어져있지만 저희는 우버타구다녀서 그다지 불편한점은없었습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 바다뷰까지 훌륭합니다

전반적으로 좋았습니다 뷰도 훌륭하고 룸컨디션도 좋았습니다. 어메니티는 록시땅 제품이었구요. 옷장에서 머리카락 뭉치를 발견했고 거실 스위치에서는 오류로 인한 sos 메세지가 계속 떠서 쇼파베드를 이용해서 잠을 잘 때 불편해서 개인적으로 종이로 가려야하는 불편함이 있었습니다. 컴플레인을 걸었지만 큰 변화 없었고 어쩔 수 없다라는 답변만 받았습니다. 그러나 가족여행이고 그런 부분에 힘빼고 싶지 않아서 그냥 넘겼습니다. 조식 메뉴가 다양하진 않았지만 재료 하나하나에 신경쓴 느낌 이었고 객장 내 직원들의 서비스가 훌륭했습니다. 룸에서 본 뷰와 야외 수영장 및 실내 수영장도 너무너무너무 좋았습니다. 비치도 좋았습니다.

편안하고 시설이 완전 마음에 들었습니다.

4인가족이라 스위츠룸에 있었는데 전망이 좋고 화장실이 두개이며 약간의 취사시설이 있어 편리했음. 바다를 바라볼 수 있는 야외테이블에서의 아침식사도 훌륭했음. 시내까지는 버스를 타고 이동하여 크게 불편하지 않았음. 다만 침대도 소파침대도 허리가 약간 꺼져서 불편했음. 많은 호텔침대가 좀 그렇지만,,

Beautiful resort! Great rooms. Fantastic staff.

We couldn't fault this hotel at all. It was truly amazing. We felt so well looked after all week. The suite we had was spacious, with 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette and lots of storage space. The breakfast was top quality, plenty of choice and served over a span of 4 hours which was convenient. We can highly recommend this hotel and if we return to Dubrovnik, wouldn't hesitate in staying there again.

Everything was perfect

Great hotel and overall facilities were good. Poor evening meal facilities and respite trying to resolve this with the hotel we failed to be able to get a table between 6.30 - 8 on three nights of our stay. I would advise against booking half board. Breakfast was good , pool and spa lovely.

Hotel bien situé. Bus à proximité pour ce rendre à Dubrovnik (old town) Chambre propre, personnel aimable. Petit déjeuner de qualité. L'option demi-pension (buffet diner) est appréciable.

This hotel is not a 5star for sure. The Good- outside of the property is very nice with great views of the Adriatic ocean. Some nice waterfront restaurants nearby. And 10-15 uber drive to Old town. Breakfast buffet was great with good variety and options. There is not actual beach with the hotel but there is one 10mins walk. We did not enjoy the Zoe bar and relaxed by the cliff rocks. The pizza place was really good. And the neptune restaurant was great. Go to Cave Bar more abt 10mins walk from the hotel. The Bad- the rooms and inside of the hotel needs major upgrades. Though our room was clean and huge with great views but it needed major updates. Housekeeping did not do a good job cleaning the rooms. We had dinner buffet included with our booking and the dinner options were not great and very limited. 2nd nite we saw the same shrimp from previous nite in the warmer. We decided to skip dinner buffet and go elsewhere to eat. Staff were not very attentive. It was hit or miss on staff. Some were friendlier than others.

Didnt get the room we requested. Only booked for 1 night. Booked a jr suite with an ocean view. Instead we got a large room with a kitchen on the ground floor facing the street. Staff was unwilling to find an alternative room option.
