The location is good. Could use some more parking. The hotel must've had a leak or something because the 3rd floor hallway smelled really bad like mildew was there. Our room specifically had some mold in random places on the walls. Not black mold, but it was green mold. Bed and bathroom was clean. Room stayed pretty cold regardless of what we set thermostat to and we think that was the cause of the excess moisture which led to the mold on the walls.

Staff was friendly. No AC in hallway or elevator. Side door has been broken for almost a year or more. Carpets in room are much better hallway needs redone since it is original. Rooms are clean, breakfast is edible.

Booked online for a Double Room King Bed - Accessible but was given one room with a King Bed. Front Desk said I have to complain to Hotels.com. When ask if she can move us to a Standard Room with 2 Queen Beds, she said there is none available.

Great service

The staff and check in was great. Amazing front desk lady. When I got to my room it was so hot and humid and the smell was so bad. There were two bugs in the bed so the front desk woman was very accommodating. The newer room was still not the best. You can tell there was a leak. Walls were stained. The sheets were stained. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I would not stay here again but great staff!

Room smelled musty, sheets felt damp and carpet felt the same. Storm knocked out direct tv all night and front desk person had me trying various things before he realized it wasn’t just me. Convenient to Pax base.

It is a VERY old property with drawers broken and not properly closed on the dresser. It was visually clean but has an odd smell in the room. No one answered the phone when I called for information on food (there were cards that said "we care, just call the front desk" and nobody answered. Will not be visiting them again.

It was a nice place for one night but the refrigerator was making a banging noise all night and our view was of a construction site.

Discriminates against locals and assumes they’re sex workers- charges inordinate sums for incidentals.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Comfort Suites. The room was immaculate, the staff very friendly and helpful. we will stay there again if we're in the area.

The Hotel was very clean & accommodating. Stacey, at the front desk, and the rest of the staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast had a great variety!

It was great.

First room was terrible and our door key had to be changed every day and sometimes twice a day. Never changed the sheets the entire 10 nights we stayed.

There are a ton of hotels in this class in the area. This one was fairly priced, clean and newly renovated. I would recommend.

Perfectly fine overnight stay other than a couple of missing lightbulbs and an empty shampoo dispenser.

Exactly what I expected for a Comfort Suites - great value for cost, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was filling and there were a lot of choices. The staff is very friendly. I wouldn't change a thing!

Everything was good....the only suggestion I would add is that they mount a make up/ magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Other hotels have them and they are appreciated.
