Clean room and good breakfast, nice staff

호텔 후기는 난생 처음 남깁니다. 위치 좋고 방 청결하고 조식 맛있고 무엇보다 직원 분들이 친절 합니다. 날짜 잊고 늦게 체크아웃했는데 오히려 비행기 표 등등 걱정해주고 따로 비용도 받지 않았습니다. 택시도 직접 나가서 잡아주고 갈때까지 최선을 다하는 모습이 바셀 사람에 대핰 좋은 인상을 갖게 했습미다. 다만 빨래 비용 한봉지 십만원이니 호탤 직원이 알러준 코인 빨래방 갈걸 그랬어요

저녁체크인하시는 남자2명.아시아계분이랑. 안경낀분 진짜 친절하고. 불편한점 해결해준 최고 너무고맙다는말씀 드림.. 호텔은. 이불이 좀별로. 위치는 버스정류장. 주변슈퍼. 마트 약국 전부있음 공항에서 우버로 25분 산츠역에서 우버로10분

별 3개치고 좋와요 욕조도 있고

근처 주유소에 까르푸 있고 에스파뇰광장 가깝고 카탈루냐광장 지하철타면 금방갑니다 직원들도 친절하고 따로 흠잡을데가 없었어요

아주 깨끗하고 조용한 호텔입니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하였고 객실은 생각보다 넓고 쾌적했으며 매일 정비됩니다. 욕실도 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 주변이 번화하지 않아서 매우 조용하고 호텔 또한 조용한 분위기입니다. 식당과 바는 24시간 하지는 않으나 음식은 맛있고 조식도 먹을만합니다. 시외곽에 위치하고 있으나 가까운 지하철역과 버스정류장을 통해서 주요 관광지에 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 가까운곳에 매우 훌륭한 식당들이 여럿 있습니다.

Hotel Lugano is a decent place to stay. It's located on a big street within walkable distance to the train and bus as well as many stores and restaurants. The elevator is tiny so bringing large suitcases with more than 2 people at a time could be a challenge. Basic necessities such as facial tissue was scarce or a notepad/paper to write on was no where to be found. There were no hooks to hang anything in the bathroom. When asked for a back up roll of toilet paper, the receptionist said they would deliver to the room, which never happened.

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Positiv überrascht hat mich das wirklich gute Frühstück. Die Auswahl war für spanische Verhältnisse sehr groß und die Qualität der Speisen gut. Die Mitarbeiterin im Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat alles sofort nachgefüllt. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die laute und schlecht zu regulierende Klimaanlage. Ich würde dennoch jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

I stayed here last year & loved it so booked again. Great location - just a few minutes from Poble Sec Metro, which is on L3 and goes to Catalunya square, Gracia, Espanya etc Nice breakfast every day, with nice bread, eggs, fresh fruit & even a nice slice of cake! (and loads more) Will be back again next year 😀

I’ve stayed here three times and it’s very nice. Would stay again
