매우 매우 청결하고 시내와 가까우면서도 조용하고 안전한 곳이네요 호텔에 들어가면 무료 교통카드를 주는데 버스 트램 수상택시까지 모두 이용할수 있네요. 많은 TV채널도 그리고 깨끗한 시설도 좋았고 가까이에 버스와 트램이 있어서 중심지로 가기도 편하고 다양한 마트도 있어서 여러모로 편하네요

위치와 서비스 모두 좋았지만 청소상태가 별로였습니다. 화장실 수건에 이물질이 묻어있었고, 다음날 수건을 갈아주지도 않았습니다.

It was really clean. I went there with my family and it was bit small for 4 of us but we were definately statisfied with this clean and nice hotel. Staffs were really kind and they gave us free transport tickets in Geneva. The bed were really comfortable for tourists like us. We were so tired and we fell into very deep sleep in this hotel. Very big market such as Coop or Migros were just 2 mins away from this hotel. So sad that we only stayed here for a day. If I visit Geneva again, I would definately use this hotel again.

가격대비 좋은 침실을 이용할 수 있음. 침실만으로 평가하면 꼬르나방 앞 호텔보다 좋았음. 리모델링 한지 오래되지 않아 가구, 욕실이 모두 새것임. 난방도 잘됨. 욕실에도 라디에이터가 별도로 있어 샤워하기 좋았음. 와이파이 속도도 빠름. 조식이 빵 2종류, 커피, 씨리얼, 쨈 정도 밖에 없어 부실함. 카운터에 말하면 라면물 받을 수 있음. 호텔 바로 앞에 12번트램이 지나가 교통도 나쁘지 않음.

Lovely hotel, great location. Clean and friendly. Ideal for our trip to the football. Room had 4 beds, a little tight, but very comfy.

Worth the price for the location and convenience

Exactly what we needed just for 1 night. Close to the river and the fountain. However, it had mold in the shower, hairs on pillows, and not well cleaned. AC is very light.

Great! I enjoyed my stay! Very comfortable hotel in a good location! There is a beautiful aquarium at the reception.

My one major complaint with this hotel is the management. My flight was cancelled, I gave the hotel over 48 hours notice that I could not make my first of 2 nights and they refused to reimburse the first night. I was also charged the city tax for the day I was not there. Zero empathy from hotel management. Would NEVER return.

I am absolutely appalled by this hotel. Myself and a friend went for a weekend away when we arrived I was told they had overbooked and had moved us to another hotel called hotel Diplomate around the corner. This hotel was of no standard to the pax hotel that we had booked and when I went to check the price it was cheaper than what I had paid I have requested a refund of the difference as if I wanted a cheaper hotel I would have booked a cheaper hotel we was down graded significantly and they wouldn’t even give me a refund in the price difference of the pax to hotel Diplomate so we not only had to put up with a very old outdated, dirty hotel room for our stay but was also told no refund for the difference in price would be granted which is absolutely terrible service. It was through no fault of my own that we was moved it was due to the pax hotel overbooking after travelling from the UK all through the night and to arrive to this you would expect some common courtesy due to the inconvenience caused. Myself and my friend sat there in disbelief and it really did put our weekend break off to a bad start we was not happy with where we had been put and then to rip me off and not offer any refund in the price difference or a better hotel was just absolutely terrible service from them.

Sauber und praktische Zimmer, nicht sehr gross, aber ausreichend für ein Wochenendaufenthalt. Schmucke eingerichtet und sehr hilfsbereites und unkompliziertes Personal. Zimmer zur Strasse hin sind nichts für lärmempfindliche, die Zimmer zur Rückseite raus sind aber sehr ruhig. Lage des Hoteks unweit vom Bhf Eaux-Vives, See und Altstadt u d Einkaufsmeile in knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder 😉

Naja, nachts war es wegen der Straße extrem laut. Außerdem war das Bad extrem klein und das Waschbecken etwas verstopft.
