Excellent hotel with a great view

체크인을 빨리 해줘서 감사하고 친절함. 바다도 조식도 모두 훌륭하다

엘리베이터가 두대 밖에 없어서 식사 후 숙소로 복귀하는데 시간이 오래 걸렸다. 키즈클럽은 낡았고 아무것도 없이 벽에 낙서만 되어 있다. 숙소는 서향이고 방에서 멋진 석양을 감상할 수 있다. 직원은 친절합니다.

It was terrible service. I will never visit to charisma hotel again. When I have checked in , receptionist said that you should wait the room was not ready. After that I had to wait 3 hours for the room in the lobby. Due to travelling with my friends I was very tired while i waited, it was very hard for wait to me. My travel was terrible by this hotel. I don't want to stay this hotel any more. That food also not 5star. I think 3 star hotel's food is better than this hotel's food. I think All staffs don't know the smile in front of customer. No one smile to me,That is why I scared to ask something to staff's.

사진으로보던 객실 그대로였습니다. 여태껏 숙박했던곳 중 최고였던것같아요. 다만 옆방엔 다 있던 의자가 제방 베란다에 의자가 놓여있지않았단점, 더블침대를 요청했었는데 싱글2개로 배정해놓았단점만 빼면 정말 괜찮았던 호텔이었습니다.

호텔에서 바라보는 바다는 더할나위없이 멋졌습니다. 하지만 직원들이 불친절해서 기분이 좋지 않았습니다.조식도 별루였구요.

Konum harika. Otele ulaştıktan sonra her yere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün. Çok yakında güzel ve her çeşit restoran bulunan bir avm var. Tüm gün harika bir deniz ve hızlı servis yapan personel mutlu olmaya yeter.

Das Hotel besteht aus insgesamt drei Gebäuden. Das neueste Gebäude bietet sehr großzügige und ansprechend gestaltete Zimmer. Die Zimmer in den beiden älteren Gebäuden wirken hingegen deutlich abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürftig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die direkte Lage am Meer, die zweifellos zu den größten Stärken des Hotels zählt. Allerdings ist eine Großbaustelle neben an........ Leider hinterließ das Personal insgesamt keinen guten Eindruck. Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit waren in vielen Bereichen kaum spürbar, wodurch der Service oft distanziert wirkte. Dies galt auch für die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist hingegen das Reinigungspersonal, das stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war. Ebenfalls hervorzuheben ist der Spa-Bereich, der von einer sehr kompetenten und freundlichen Leiterin geführt wird. Dabei handelt es sich um einen externen Anbieter, der nicht zum Hotel selbst gehört. Das Frühstück : es gab viel Auswahl, aber in die Küche möchte man nicht hineinschauen :( Insgesamt entsteht für mich der Eindruck, dass die bestehenden Schwächen vor allem auf Management- und Führungsprobleme zurückzuführen sind. Mit einer stärkeren Ausrichtung auf Servicequalität und Mitarbeiterführung könnte das Hotel sein Potenzial deutlich besser ausschöpfen. Nach meiner Meinung verdient das Hotel keine 5 Sterne mehr...LEIDER !!

The Charisma hotel is amazing. Beautiful views ocean views from our complimentary upgraded room. The breakfast was amazing and access to the ocean to swim and relax made it one of our top stays. We will definitely return to this beautiful location!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property feels old, worn, and in serious need of renovation. While I can overlook dated decor if the service is good, unfortunately the staff were equally disappointing. During my stay, I accidentally left an item by the pool and asked the staff for assistance locating it. They seemed completely uninterested in helping and offered little effort or concern. Another frustrating experience happened during dining service. I politely asked to be moved away from a smoking guest, only to be told by the hostess that no other tables were available. However, it was obvious there were open tables throughout the dining area. The unwillingness to accommodate such a simple request made the service feel dismissive and unprofessional. In addition to these frustrations, when I asked the concierge for an outside dinner recommendation, due to my poor experience from the previous evening, I was told she was restricted in doing so per hotel policy. She very nicely offered to come to my room and call covertly on her personal phone. I have never been to a hotel in which the concierge is prohibited from recommending an outside restaurant The amenities are horrible. There is one dispenser of low quality soap in the shower, of which you are expected to wash your hair and body with. Leaving my hair a tangled, dry mess. Overall, the hotel lacked both the quality and hospitality I expected. I would not choose to stay here again.

As partes comuns do hotel, como piscina, restaurante, recepção estão em ótimo estado! Já o quarto em que fiquei os móveis estão um pouco velhos e começando a ficar inchados e gastos, daqui um ou dois anos o quarto pode estar com uma aparência terrível. A localização do hotel é excelente. Café da manhã maravilhoso

Amazing breakfast buffet!

Sehr freundliches Personal, insbesondere beim Frühstück. Wir kommen regelmäßig und das Wiedersehen ist immer wieder schön.

Location was sublime: the hotel was directly on the sea and its main restaurant had seating on a pier that jutted out into the sea. Views and especially sunsets were spectacular. Backside of hotel also had jaw- dropping view of a sheltered harbor where cruise ships docked. Breakfasts were huge with lots of variety in food choices (although the only downer: no expresso/cappachino machine) and both indoor and outdoor seating. Pool area was beautiful, with lots of plush lounges, umbrellas, and even cabanas. Staff was efficient, but very warm and helpful in every way, especially the chief receptionist (I believe her name was Omer) who got me settled at check-in, the friendly bell hop who delivered my luggage, and the men who parked my car for me each day. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

Very nice location at Ocean side. Kind staffs, great amenities! Food and spa were perfect. I and my wife loved the room at 5th floor ocean view room. I'll be back k again this hotel , if I have plans to trip here.
