체크인을 빨리 해줘서 감사하고 친절함. 바다도 조식도 모두 훌륭하다

엘리베이터가 두대 밖에 없어서 식사 후 숙소로 복귀하는데 시간이 오래 걸렸다. 키즈클럽은 낡았고 아무것도 없이 벽에 낙서만 되어 있다. 숙소는 서향이고 방에서 멋진 석양을 감상할 수 있다. 직원은 친절합니다.

It was terrible service. I will never visit to charisma hotel again. When I have checked in , receptionist said that you should wait the room was not ready. After that I had to wait 3 hours for the room in the lobby. Due to travelling with my friends I was very tired while i waited, it was very hard for wait to me. My travel was terrible by this hotel. I don't want to stay this hotel any more. That food also not 5star. I think 3 star hotel's food is better than this hotel's food. I think All staffs don't know the smile in front of customer. No one smile to me,That is why I scared to ask something to staff's.

사진으로보던 객실 그대로였습니다. 여태껏 숙박했던곳 중 최고였던것같아요. 다만 옆방엔 다 있던 의자가 제방 베란다에 의자가 놓여있지않았단점, 더블침대를 요청했었는데 싱글2개로 배정해놓았단점만 빼면 정말 괜찮았던 호텔이었습니다.

호텔에서 바라보는 바다는 더할나위없이 멋졌습니다. 하지만 직원들이 불친절해서 기분이 좋지 않았습니다.조식도 별루였구요.

I recently stayed at charisma delux . The hotel itself is nice, with good facilities and a pleasant environment. However, the biggest disappointment was the staff. Unfortunately, most of the waiters, waitresses, and even managers were extremely rude and disrespectful. The customer service was weak and far below the standard you would expect from a hotel of this level. On top of that, the staff came across as very greedy, constantly looking for ways to get extra money from guests. This left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. While the property looks good, the poor service and unprofessional behavior ruined the overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel if you value respectful treatment, transparent service, and professional hospitality. Management should seriously address staff training, attitude, and ethics toward guests.

İt was amazing

Kuşadası merkeze yakın, deniz manzaralı odamıza oda müsaitliği nedeniyle erken giriş yapabildik, karşılama güzeldi yarım pansiyonda kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği güzel ve yeterliydi. Havuz ve deniz Kenarı platform güzeldi. Deniz manzaralı odamız gayet güzeldi. Ben yaşamadım ama otopark sıkıntısı olabilir kuşadası genelinde park sıkıntısı mevcut ama oteli Tavsiye ederim.

De Lux otel kategorisinde değil. Hizmet olarak iyi. Havlu koyma ve yer tutmaya çözüm üretilmeli. Odalar bakım gerektiriyor.

We booked side sea view but the room that we got was totally different from the room that you see here in hotels.com. Here you see that you have a good view of the sea even from your bed but the room that we got you could only see the sea from the balcony. I told to the reception but the fid not care. I contacted hotels.com they did not care neither. After wasting half day to chat with customer service I got 15% of the total fee which was nothing. This happened to me last year too and hotels.com do not care so I recommend check everything until you have free cancelation. Food was awful there, I do not know how it is possible to make food that bad in Turkey. The beach area is nice but people can come there from outside the hotel as well which I did not like it. I attach a pic so you see what we got and compare it with what is shown here on hotels.com for side sea view room.

The attention to detail at this hotel was unbelievable. From the housekeeping team to the pool staff, every single person was a top performer who clearly takes great pride in their work. What really stood out to both myself and my partner was the personal touch – being greeted by name every morning (“Good morning, Patrick”) was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel incredibly welcome. The spa was absolutely amazing as well – a real highlight of our stay. We’re already planning to come back in October because of the exceptional service and treatment we received from every member of staff. It’s rare to see such pride and dedication across an entire team, and it made our experience truly special. Thank you all for a wonderful stay – we can’t wait to return!

Hizmet mükemmel. Kendinizi değerli hissediyorsunuz. Personel tavrı harika. Otel konum itibariyle mükemmel. Sadece biraz eski. Iskele cok iyi ancak deniz hiç temiz değildi ( en büyük payın yine otelin restoranı olan Charides müşterilerine ait olduğunu düşünüyorum). Onun dışında her şey çok iyiydi teşekkürler Charisma
