객실은 너무 깨끗했고 3명 묵는 방인데 정말 넓고 화장실도 넓었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 스미트할 정도로 요구사항을 바로바로 들어주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 슬리퍼만 좀 더 튼튼한 걸로 제공해주면 더 좋을 것 같습니다😄

토파즈 앤 라미 호텔은 이전부터 눈여겨 본 곳인데 오래전에 검색할때 좋은 가격조건이 보여 바로 예약했습니다. 위치도 슈테판성당근처에 메트로도 3개 이상 다 이용할 수 있어 너무 환상이고 무엇보다 주변이 맛집과 쇼핑지여서 정말 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 프레스티지 룸이어서 슈테판성당뷰가 조금 보이는 윈도우 시트가 있는 방이었는데 방 크기도 적당하고 유럽호텔치고 욕실이 넓었습니다. 게다가 샤워부스여서 정말 편하게 샤워도 할 수 있었어요. 전체적으로 너무 만족스러운데 다음에 비엔나 갈 때 또 있고 싶지만 가격이 안맞아 못가지 않을까 하는 걱정만 드네요..^^ 지하에서 간단한 음료나 초콜릿 과일 서비스도 넘 좋았고 맞은편 라미 빌딩의 핫 한 루프탑 바 바우처를 줘서 잘 이용한것도 맘에 들었습니다. 단 6일 숙박중 하루 꼬박 엘리베이터가 고장나서 ㅜㅜ. 9층의 계단을 두어번 왔다갔다 한것이 옥의 티 였네요. 유럽은 워낙 빨리 빨리 고치는일이 없는지라... 그거 빼곤 정말 완벽한 숙박이었습니다.

Ruhiges Zimmer, erstklassige Lage. In nur drei Minuten zu Fuß am Stephansdom. Gemütliche Betten - und die Hausdame im Lamée ist einsame spitze. Gibt nebenbei noch Tipps für Wien!

This is an excellent property, my second time staying here. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and a gorgeous rooftop bar. Would highly recommend

We were so relax , 2 minutes to the Cathedral and close to every interesting thing. The room is big the shower and bath are amazing and the rooftop is beautiful.. I really recommend this hotel to everyone who visit Vienna. Expedia is always giving to me either the best options ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wir hatten ein Eckzimmer mit zwei Fenstern, geräumig, sehr schön. Das Bett war sehr bequem, Verdunkelungsvorhänge und die wahnsinnig gut isolierten Fenster haben uns vergessen lassen, dass wir mitten in der Stadt und super zentral schlafen. Unser Zimmer wurde unaufgefordert jeden Tag auf Vordermann gebracht, alle Annehmlichkeiten nachgefüllt, neue Handtücher etc. das Personal war sehr freundlich, zur Begrüßung gab es eine handgeschriebene Notiz … wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!!

Beware of this hotel. Don't be fooled by positive reviews. I stayed in this hotel in 2024 for several months when the hotel was under a previous owner and different management. That experience was amazing so I came back with my family (including my infant child). This time I found the hotel ownership and management had changed and they were horrible and liars. I was lied to about no availability of rooms when I wanted to extend my stay yet I could easily do it online. During several weeks, we changed our room 3 times as the first room's air conditioning did not work! So I booked a large suite. The room was nice so I extended my stay again. I booked an extension on Expedia and got a confirmed booking. Suddenly, the front desk called saying their management said there was a system glitch and they are overbooked so they canceled my Expedia booking! However, this was a lie because on Expedia, the same room was still available! I confronted the manager as to why they canceled my confirmed booking and why they are asking my family (with a young infant) to leave. He admitted the real reason is their senior management could not meet our housekeeping needs. These needs were literally asking for 4 towels (for a family of 3 especially given we have a young child) and changing the bed linen, which is bare minimum! Housekeeping staff was very rude, lazy and did not clean properly. They would not vacuum until I told them! I travel a lot and never had such a horrific experience. Stay away!

Great hotel in a perfect location! Very clean and well appointed. My only complaint was that the air conditioning was inadequate during a heatwave. Otherwise it was perfect!

Prestige Zimmer nicht sehr gross, gutes Bett. Badezimmer etwas beengt, wenig Ablagefläche. Dusche mit sehr gutem Wasserdruck. Beleuchtung könnte besser sein. Frühstück sehr gut mit riesiger Auswahl. Eierspeisen werden frisch gekocht. Rezeption manchmal unbesetzt, da alle Mitarbeitenden draussen vor dem Hoteleingang rauchen.
