토파즈 앤 라미 호텔은 이전부터 눈여겨 본 곳인데 오래전에 검색할때 좋은 가격조건이 보여 바로 예약했습니다. 위치도 슈테판성당근처에 메트로도 3개 이상 다 이용할 수 있어 너무 환상이고 무엇보다 주변이 맛집과 쇼핑지여서 정말 편하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 프레스티지 룸이어서 슈테판성당뷰가 조금 보이는 윈도우 시트가 있는 방이었는데 방 크기도 적당하고 유럽호텔치고 욕실이 넓었습니다. 게다가 샤워부스여서 정말 편하게 샤워도 할 수 있었어요. 전체적으로 너무 만족스러운데 다음에 비엔나 갈 때 또 있고 싶지만 가격이 안맞아 못가지 않을까 하는 걱정만 드네요..^^ 지하에서 간단한 음료나 초콜릿 과일 서비스도 넘 좋았고 맞은편 라미 빌딩의 핫 한 루프탑 바 바우처를 줘서 잘 이용한것도 맘에 들었습니다. 단 6일 숙박중 하루 꼬박 엘리베이터가 고장나서 ㅜㅜ. 9층의 계단을 두어번 왔다갔다 한것이 옥의 티 였네요. 유럽은 워낙 빨리 빨리 고치는일이 없는지라... 그거 빼곤 정말 완벽한 숙박이었습니다.

Otelin konumu çok merkezi olması, odalar temiz, personeller güleryüzlü ve nazik olmaları bizler için yeterliydi çok memnun kaldık kendilerine kaldığımız süre boyunca yaklaşımlarından dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz.

Staff is superb. Location ideal. We had numerous electrical issues with the room - switches not working, blinds inoperative - which they were not able to address due to the holidays. Aside from that our stay was wonderful. Breakfast is good. Location is perfect, close to St. Stephan’s Cathedral and high end shopping areas. Plenty of dining options nearby. Metro is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Taxi stand immediately outside the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar overlooks the city. For a Christmas and New Year’s location it was perfect.

We stayed in the Suite and it was a beautiful room. Location was perfect. Would recommend.

The hotel was in a good area close enough to walk to many attractions. It looked nicer in the pictures but it was fine and the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were nice. It was a little beat up and a little dated. The staff always had storage doors open that were not kept very neat between the front desk and the elevator. It made the hotel not feel very nice.
