직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 단, 방에 에어컨 리모콘이 고장났는지 에어컨을 OFF로 돌려도 계속 멈추지않아 조금 추웠습니다.

It was newly built hotel so the interior looked very modern and clean. The staffs were kind and helpful. The room was spacious with free water bottles. The bed was comfy. It had good view from window. The gym and swimming pool I never used but will use if I visit again. The breakfast was not very fine, lacked variety of food and some flies irritating. especially at lunch and dinner there were more flies so hygine issue came into mind. But it is very cheap hotel(at least so far) and it is close to the monorail station and also from the airport. I will take my chance to stay there again in my next trip.

Everything was good. They offered us a decent service and nice room. The only few things to mention are the hotel must be new(not quite sure tho). Prepaid taxi from the airport could not find the hotel, so had to wander quite some time to find it. Also the restaurant that serves breakfasts is somewhat small. So we had to have breakfasts outside where no air conditioning available. But these are only minor things, and maybe the taxi driver just didn't know that area. Anyway, overall it was a good hotel to stay at its price.

Good location but the property is dated. The bed linen is really old . Despite paying half a days rate for late checkout, the front desk manager was unwilling to allow us to check out at 7pm he insisted for 6pm…no hotel is ever do inflexible esp if we are paying half a days rate … wonder what training they get for customer service … you are in the hospitality business for crying out loud !!!

Staffs from the front desk to dining and house keeping are very attentive and willing to assist. I gave them all five stars! However, as a foreigner who first time arrive Mumbai, the room condition is not as perfect as I expected and the neighborhood is far from the tourist sites.

Not worth the money. Unclean toilet with dated fixtures. The room floor is sticky, when asked, the staff blamed the air-conditioner. The staff is courteous and responded quick when needed.

Rooms hit and miss sometimes, relatively expensive bar. But generally clean and reasonable value for a 3 star hotel.

Courteous staff and service was great . Great location and the best part was that just across the street was a gym that you could use. Overall enjoyed my stay.

The location is a little far from most attractions but the quiet room and the health club across the street made up for it. The food was a great surprise with different options for breakfast and dinner every day. I would definitely stay there again.

A laid back spot in the wonderful chaos of Mumbai! Access to the Aces Club next door is an amazing perk. Food was out of this world!

Well maintained

Fern is a functional and clean hotel with no extra frills but at the same time you have everything you need to be comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here and do recommend it for fellow travellers. I especially liked their meticulous COVID procedures.
