The hotel was convenient close to restaurants

My only complaint was the bathroom fan didn't appear to work.

Desk staff very welcoming on arrival, got us checked in quickly and provided and extra heavier blanket when requested Only issue we had was it sounded like someone was refilling the ice machine right next to our room at 6am. When we come back, we’ll be sure to be further from the ice machine

We walked into our room and were overwhelmed by the smell of curry. We went down to the desk and asked to be changed. The only room he said was available was on the highway which was too noisy. We came back half an hour later and a new person was on the desk. He changed us to a room off the highway. Was not pleased with the first impression of the hotel.

Liked everything! You even have quiet closing suite doors. No slamming at all hours!!! Lovely stay even iif it was a short one.

Very helpful staff , we had to leave quite early on check out morning , the staff new about our early departure and opened the breakfast bar for us before normal operating hours, they really went above and beyond to help , very happy with their service

Best hotel in William’s Lake by far and breakfast waffles made it even better

Very modern, room was exceptional. Bonus the location was walking distance to the casino

Breakfast is awesome! The room was clean but there was a pair of mens swim trunks left in the shower from a previous occupent.

I struggled to hear the woman at the night checkin. She was friendly and efficient but did not change her volume despite me explaining that I couldn’t hear her… several times.

Staff we dealt with were excellent

Access to the back of the property through our room as we have a dog with us

Probably the best option in Williams Lake
