They advertise that they have a king bed on Expedia, but the room we booked with a king bed had only a double bed. When I talked to them about it, they said they only have double beds in the building. They didn’t believe me when I said that they have it listed incorrectly on Expedia so I showed it to them. To this day they still falsely advertise a king side bed in certain rooms.

O check in foi fácil, a chave estava na recepção e foi tranquilo. O apto estava fechado e cheio inicial não foi bom, deixei as janelas abertas o tempo todo. Falta alguns itens simples como tapete no banheiro, toalha de rosto, lençol extra, outras pequenas coisas. Como não cozinhei nada na habitação, não vou comentar. Os itens como móveis e equipamentos são simples. A localização é bem central, porém há dificuldade de no entorno tomar café da manhã cedo, já que em torno de 9 horas estava praticamente tudo fechado. Não tive contato com o proprietário. Local apenas para dormir.

Muito bem localizado, perto de restaurantes, mercadinhos e especialmente perto dos principais pontos turísticos de Santiago.

Bom quarto, fácil acesso ao meios de locomoção.

A estadia é boa. Perto de mercados, farmácias, restaurantes e muito próximo de pontos turísticos. Gostamos muito!

Vista para as cordilheiras Espaçoso e aconchegante

Confesso que estava meio assim em relação ao todo, mas fui muito bem atendido pela recepção, dá para entender tudo que eles falam mas nada como um tradutor para tirar algumas dúvidas rsrs mas gostamos muito. Perto de metrô praça lanchonete enfim. Muito satisfeito mesmo e recomendo.

The area is nice to stay, but this specific property is very outdated. And was not clean

Place needs a serious overhaul… holes in net curtains. Plus the bath didn’t feel too stable.

I had a horrible experience attempting to stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear things were not as advertised. The check-in process was a nightmare, with the elevator having backed-up line of people waiting over 15 minutes just to get in. Once inside, the problems only got worse. The property was freezing cold, with no heat, and none of the electrical outlets were functional. The elevator stuck twice within the first two hours of our arrival, making us feel extremely unsafe. Communication with the host was another major issue. The host spoke no English, making it incredibly difficult to resolve any of the problems we encountered. On top of all this, the WiFi didn’t work at all. With all these issues, it was impossible for us to stay at this unit, and we had to move and find alternative accommodations the same night. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Prepare in advance if you do not speak Spanish. Was hung up on twice when contacting the number provided for support before check in. Since this an appartment, services are also minimal. Ex: will not hold your luggage after check out. If you have a late flight the evening of checkout, prepare to carry your belongings with you for the day. Location is amazing but place is not as advertised in photos. Not a bad stay but appartment is definitely weathered in condition vs. photos. WiFi did not work at all. Probably a fair accommodation for the price but would spend the extra money and stay in a hotel next time around.

Localização excelente. O apart tem tudo para uma boa permanência. Peca um pouco na limpeza. Sugere-se a substituição dos travesseiros e das cobertas por modelos mais leves e quentes.

it was like having your own place in Santiago. Apartment had good security measures. Close to Plaza des Armes, metro, eateries, supermarket and markets. Apartment was excellent for my needs. Only minus was that TV had no signal.

Nos fue bien en general, aunque al llegar no nos habían dejado la llave en recepción y tuvimos que esperar al rededor de 3 horas (después de haber viajado toda la noche) para que llegue la persona encargada. Indicaron una deficiencia de comunicación de Hoteles.com y para restituir nos dejaron hacer el check in anticipadamente. El departamento tiene lo necesario, aunque ciertos muebles, la ropa de cama y toallas estaban viejos. La limpieza del departamento hay que solicitarla cuando se requiere, sin costo. La ubicación es buena porque tiene todo cerca y a la mano. Desde el departamento se pueden captar vistas preciosas del amanecer en Santiago.
