I would like complain that I have done on Latest booking the information about the location of the hotel is not right and was found in search I asked the hotel is situated 22 km elected from the city itself Consequently was caused me mental anguish and I had to pay for another hotel accommodation Thanks in advance and waiting for your reply as still pending

Fantastic location but very difficult to find as Hotels.com reported it as being in Shimla, rather than the reality of being 20km distant. Also not so impressed after difficult 16 hour journey from Delhi (holiday traffic and minor landslips following monsoon rain) to be told at midnight by reception that there was no booking. Strength of following 'discussion' eventually proved we did indeed have a booking. Rooms and hotel facilities very tired now when once must have been special. But still recommended as an interesting place to stay out of Shimla.
