Great to be in the middle of city but still provided peace and privacy.

It was amazing. I loved the decor and rich history that is displayed throughout the hotel. The service from all staff was impeccable.

El hotel está lindo. Se ve que le falta mantenimiento en algunos detalles pero en general está bien y la ubicación es buena, excelente el tema del aislamiento del ruido en las habitaciones. El desayuno incluido es algo limitado y aceptable, los precios de bebidas muy altos para lo que son.

Beautiful antique property. No issues. Walking distance to everything, I mean everything. The rooftop is breathtaking. Will definitely return to Ananda hotel.

This is gorgeous,romantic and colonial hotel boutique. The staff is kind, helpful and so friendly! Restaurant and food excellent! And location perfect!!

It was a very nice property and the room was very comfortable and quiet despite being on the ground floor next to the pool.

Foi uma experiência incrível, o hotel é uma graça, tranquilo, super bem localizado, perto de tudo e ao mesmo tempo longe da muvuca, pessoal muito gentil e hospitaleiro, adoramos, não hesitaria ficar novamente.

Lindo Hotel con una localidad excelente, pero lo que más me gustó de este lugar fue sus colaboradores y el excelente servicio que nos brindaron, la parte humana de este hotel está a otro nivel, fue increíble como nos atendieron.

Gorgeous boutique hotel in a beautifully restored colonial mansion. The location is great - in the Walled City but a bit off the super busy streets. Still so convenient but much quieter than the louder party streets. The pool is perfection on a hot Cartagena afternoon, and above all - the staff here is exceptional!

Room was not at the level the hotel pretending to be, few things didn’t work

Pros: nice location, excellent wait staff/housekeeping/maintenence, nice breakfast, beautiful pool, gorgeous decor, food/drinks were good and fairly priced, offered services/tours. Cons: zero insulation between floors - was woken up at 4am and 1am, the two nights we stayed due to loud talking and what felt like stomping above, room was off the pool and it was loud - asked to move rooms and they did not follow up, check-in/check out staff was not very friendly, deluxe double room was small despite paying $500/nt Overall, a beautiful environmental but not worth the price tag for interupted sleep and noise.

Cute little hotel in an exciting area with lots to do!

Tres bel hôtel dans centre historique mais calme. Personnel attentif. Propriété irreprochable.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Property is clean and hotel is on a quiet street which we preferred. We had issues with our shower but they were able to fix it. I wish they offered more options for breakfast. We had breakfast the first 2 days at the hotel and although it was included in our stay we had no interest in it for the rest of our stay. So many other great options in the area. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The building was a gorgeous 16th century home with an indoor courtyard. The bed was very comfortable and the room was extremely quiet at night.Although it is rated as a five star hotel it definitely isn’t up to par. I would say it is more like a good three star hotel. Unfortunately, the street that it was on was had a lot of construction in the buildings around it and definitely not the charm (restaurants, boutiques, flowered balconies) of the other streets in the area.

Great property. This was a self love spoil treatment for me for 1 night. It was worth it.
