Wokers are friendly and kind. and facility is ok. but, environment around hotel is not favorable. Parking is not easy.

The room was fantastic - clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was very nice!

Bedding is in need of updating. We couldn’t control the heat at all. The redeeming aspect was the free dinner and breakfast

Hotel was easy to find. Check in was fast and easy. Pool indoors is cute. Room was clean :)

Great and clean hotel. Great breakfast. However our booked room with 2x queen and sofa bed (for family of 5) was not available anymore. Not sure if they gave it to someone else but they called us few hours before our arrival and they gave us instead 2x separate rooms which ended up a queen and a double bed which was inferior bedding space without offering us any savings. Our double mattress sagged towards the middle. Also the fridge was doing a metal grinding noise and had to disconnect it. Room to room isolation is good but not from the outside noise. You hear the outside city activity at night thru the window very well.(car with loud exhaust, people screaming, fire trucks… etc). Be aware also that parking is not free. It’s about 20$ per day.

Overall all good. Nice stuff everyone is nice and everything is clean

Could use some updates. Fridge froze our food but the manager was accommodating and compensated us. Overall I would stay again.

Really enjoyed our time here. The room was nice, clean. The pool was above our expectations and the perfect temperature. Easy to get in and enjoy ourselves with our son. Didn’t care for the smells in the hallway. Strong cooking odours. And the air conditioning unit in our room made a loud rattling sound. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Easy parking and grateful it was underground to we felt safe leaving our car there. It’s unfortunate how dirty the city is. I’ve never seen so much litter, vandalism, boarded up buildings. I wish people took more pride in their city. I would stay here again. Good hotel, reasonable price, and nice to have the kitchen facilities as an option in the rooms.

Was ok. Surprised I have to pay a 250 deposit because booked on hotels.com. But if booked direct it’s 75. Almost insulting. The neighborhood is horrible with drug use and homeless. Front desk isn’t most accessible. I guess was a ok stay. Won’t come again.

Overall good. Person working the front reception night shift, both nights had attutude when being asked questions and upin checkin. Wasn't welcoming or friendly.

Very lovely room, King Suite room and kitchen had plenty of space to feel like a comfy getaway. Hess Village and Art Gallery very close. First Ontario Centre and also a comedy club were options to check out. Breakfast was delicious, lots of comfortable seating available. The only thing I would mention for the people who are light sleepers, it is technically a downtown area so you do hear traffic noise throughout the night. I’m a deep sleeper so it didn’t bother me.

Pretty good hotel for a short stay in downtown Hamilton, good for shows at the concert hall.

Unsafe neighbourhood. You Need hotel card to get in the garage from the hotel for my point of view you should scan your card from the garage to get in the hotel in case of someone sneak in the garage.it would be more safe. Also they have cooktop and coffee machine. No pot and pans, no plate no glass and no coffee for the coffee machine but salt and pepper and sugar Why to have a cooktop ? Does people has to bring their own cooking stuff?? Rugs all wavy and furniture all chipped. i like the idea tonget two bedroom but I won t return there
