Smelly, dirty and too small. The old staff is so rude. She can't speak english. If you don't speak in portuguese, she will frown at you just like she did to me. Whenever I tried to solve a problem, she just ignored me. Such a terrible experience. There was even a moth in my room and i could hear everything happening in my next door. I do not recommend this place at all. 더럽고 침대에서 암내남. 방엔 나방이 날아다니고 옷장은 창고에다가 옷걸이만 걸어놓은 느낌. 벽지가 다 뜯어져있음. 무엇보다 나이 많은 직원이 동양인 싫어하는듯함. 내가 들어갔는데 초면에 뭐 아무말도 없이 무표정으로 계속 노려봄. 내가 돈내고 숙박하러 간건데 순간 남의 침에 침입한줄 알았음. 방에서 와이파이 잘 안 잡힘. 이거 때문에 카운터 갔는데 영어로 말하면 얼굴부터 찌푸림. 다른 도시에서 유학하다가 부활절 휴가라 잠깐 놀러간거라 포어를 할 줄 알아서 망정이지 포어 전혀 못하는 동양인이었으면 그런식으로 얼굴 찌푸리고 무시했을듯. 가지마세요. 인종차별 당하러 돈내고 갈 필요가 뭐가 있나요

The breakfast is simple but very good (bread, cake, croissant, ham, cheese, orange juice, coffee, milk). Staff is very friendly. My room was on the highest floor and in the first day the wifi was not working at all there, the signal was very weak. But the next day it was working.

Bastante amables en el hotel, desayuno muy rico y completo, cama cómoda y limpieza diaria. Única pega es que la habitación estaba muy fría.

This is a guest house as opposed to a hotel and was fine for our stay. 10min walk to Trindade metro station and 10min walk to main square. Our room was accessed via external stairs and was large enough for 3 adults. Beds were comfortable, TV small but had several English channels. Shower gine. Breckfast was ok, minimal but fine. For the price and location couldnt complain.

Cuando llegamosuna Sra que noa atendía no encontraba la reserva. Despues de esperar la encontró y despues ya tuve que hacer checking yo misma. Le costaba escribir nuestros datos (supongo que por idioma) . Debía de ser la señora de la limpieza la que nos atendió ya que no nos dio ningun tipo de informacion. nos dio las llaves y se fue. Por la tarde estaba una Sra en recepcion que fue la que terminó de efectuar la reserva. Me añadieron 6 euros de tasas. Estuve el dia anterior en otro hotel y no me cobraron esas tasas..

A pessoa que estava no atendimento além de não entender bem o português era rude. Quarto com janela para a escada onde toda a gente podia espreitar para o quarto, cama dura.

Frühstück wird von einen sehr netten alten Herren betreut. Einzelzimmer ist ohne Fenster, dafür hat man ein eigenes Bad und einen Ventilator im Zimmer. Vom Hotel aus kann mal viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen.

場所も便利な所で、部屋も広いシングルで良かった。

Hotel pequeno e familiar com um pequeno almoço simples mas variado. Internet de boa qualidade mas com zonas com menor cobertura. Recepcionista simpática e ambiente acolhedor.

The lady on the checkin. She was very lovely and helpful. She gave me all the must see places odf the city, where to eat and all necessary information

War bereits 2018 während dem São João Fest dort. In Porto was mit eigenem Bad unter 30 Euro zu bekommen geht eigentlich nicht. Hier schon. Dafür muss man Abstriche in Kauf nehmen wie das EZ ohne Aussenfenster. Für ein paar Stunden schlafen o.k. Ich wusste was mich erwartet. War sogar noch besser wie letztes Jahr da das Hotel neue Hochleistungs-Ventilatoren beschafft hat. Frühstück war o.k. Vermutlich nächstes Jahr wieder.

EL HOTEL ESTA MUY BIEN UBICADO. ES HOTEL PEQUEÑO Y ANTIGUO. PERO LIMPIO Y CON EXCELENTE DESAYUNO. LAS HABITACIONES SON PEQUEÑAS. LOS BAÑOS TAMBIÉN. LA COCHERA ESTA MUY PROXIMA Y NO ES CARA.

Não me hospedei, solicitei reembolso e mesmo assim tão me cobrando no cartão, já tentei contato diversas vezes e não tive nenhum retorno!

It's a modest accomodation, with a decent price-quality ratio. The staff is nice and the location is excelent. I stayed in an interior individual room, and although there were no windows, the price was also very cheap.

Nous avons eu une mignonne chambre double mais collée à la réception. C'est comme si nous y étions donc aucune intimité possible et chambre dans le passage donc bruyant. Les lits n'étaient pas assez fermes. Odeur de salpêtre dans la salle de bain qui se propage un peu dans la chambre. Pas de fenêtre mais une porte coulissante qui donne sur un mur à 1 m de la porte coulissante Petit déjeuner très correct
