사우스 에드먼턴 위치적인 부분이 가장 마음에 들었습니다 그리고 호텔이 새로 지은 건물인것 같아 보였고 관리가 잘 되어 있는 것 같습니다 와이파이 속도도 훌륭하고 깔끔하게 잘 묵고 왔습니다

Hated that it took us 3 times of going to customer counter to get a sink handle fix as I could not turn it on to wash my coffee cup

We arrived late in the evening and asked the front desk if there was anywhere we could still get something to eat. Unfortunately, the staff member was not helpful at all and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her just by asking. We ended up walking across to the Sandman, where the experience was completely different. Their front desk staff was welcoming and happy to help, and the team at Chopped was fantastic. Even though they were closing in about an hour, they gladly served us and even encouraged us not to rush our meal. The contrast in customer service was disappointing. Based on this experience alone, I will definitely be choosing the Sandman for my next stay.

My wife & I have been staying at this location for over 10 years about 6 times per year. All staff members have always treated us well and the rooms are always very well maintained and clean. Thank you.

I was really disappointed in this hotel. My room smelled like mould, the sink didn’t drain, the staff weren’t helpful at all and the fire alarm went off at 230am. This isn’t a cheap hotel, but the quality and comfort of my stay definitely was. I’d honestly go to any one of the other hotels literally within 100 m of this one. I won’t be staying here again.

I was generally satisfied with my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff was courteous and the service was good. Overall, it was a positive experience that I would recommend.

I loved this hotel, it’s super convenient and well situated, that’s why I am so dissatisfied. Sadly, the standard of service has come down. I paid for 3 nights and they never cleaned my room; I contacted guest services and they informed me that they clean once every two days, it never happened before and they didn’t mention it during check-in or in the hotel information. They didn’t pick up the garbage or refresh the coffee during our stay and it’s frankly disappointing to say the least that I had to call for them to come and pick up the garbage. It was an amazing hotel but I guess it’s not anymore

One elevator (of two) was out of service. A dead bug was on the window (inside!!). Coffee and tea were served in the lobby.
