사우스 에드먼턴 위치적인 부분이 가장 마음에 들었습니다 그리고 호텔이 새로 지은 건물인것 같아 보였고 관리가 잘 되어 있는 것 같습니다 와이파이 속도도 훌륭하고 깔끔하게 잘 묵고 왔습니다

Great location, service and ammenities.

I was generally satisfied with my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff was courteous and the service was good. Overall, it was a positive experience that I would recommend.

I loved this hotel, it’s super convenient and well situated, that’s why I am so dissatisfied. Sadly, the standard of service has come down. I paid for 3 nights and they never cleaned my room; I contacted guest services and they informed me that they clean once every two days, it never happened before and they didn’t mention it during check-in or in the hotel information. They didn’t pick up the garbage or refresh the coffee during our stay and it’s frankly disappointing to say the least that I had to call for them to come and pick up the garbage. It was an amazing hotel but I guess it’s not anymore

One elevator (of two) was out of service. A dead bug was on the window (inside!!). Coffee and tea were served in the lobby.

Easy and quick check in. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Underground garage.

The unprofessionalism and condescending tone if the front desk staff was beyond acceptable. The situation i was in was totally out of my control and the staff did not show empathy neither acknowledgement of the same while service delivery factorization was at its bare bottom. Lack of second elevator added to the issues with challenges going up and down.

Everything was great! Check in, staff we met in the halls, elevator, waitresses!! All were great! Nice clean rooms!
