I stayed at this hotel just 2days but received fantastic impressions from everything. The hotel is antique style but not old and surrounded by enormous vine yard and beautiful town houses, my family room with 3 beds is very large and clean. The staffs are also very kind. The only thing to improve are weak WIFI and no freezer and air conditioner. but I think Air conditioner is not necessary even in the hottest summer season.

Sehr gutes Haus. Geräumige Zimmer und sehr sauber. Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Gutes Frühstück mit allem was dazu gehört. Der Ort selbst gibt nicht sehr viel her. Die schönen Orte inkl. Colmar sind aber alle in einem Umkreis von 5-15 km.

Tout était super. L'établissement est tres charmant. Le service, la propreté, la literie et la situation géographique au top. Rien à dire. Je recommande vivement.

Das Zimmer war schön gross und hatte eine tolle Aussicht in die Weinberge.

Closest place to living in a castle overlooking the vineyards and town. Spacious rooms with great amenities...this is definitely an atypical place in the Alsace region. Breakfast was varied and yummy. We didn't have any opportunities to use the other fun games and amenities but I can see how this would be a great resort for those with kids/teens. I would return again!

Dimora storica tra Selestat e Colmar, trasformata in Hotel di charme. Completa di molti servizi, tra i quali una ottima colazione e ampio spazio per il parcheggio. Autostrada Mulhouse-Strasbourg a 5 km. Vicinissima a molte attrazioni: strada dei vini dell'Alsazia, villaggi celebri, castelli.

Lindo lugar, la habitación algo polvosa. Pero en general el hotel es muy bonito y buen servicio. Vista hermosa desde la ventana de la habitación

Middagen i restaurangen var bland de bättre jag ätit i Frankrike, bra viner och bra service. Kanske lite åt det dyrare hållet men maten och service på denna nivå kräver ju också sitt precis.

Great location - views, vineyards, good restaurant on the property, quiet. Very inconsistent inconsistent experiences with the staff. Terrible front desk experience - check-in took 45min. No English, no ‘Hello’, the room I booked wasn’t available. It was already given away to a different guest. Letitia wasn’t capable of finding a replacement or didn’t have the authority to upgrade. I looked at 4 different rooms in total. The manager of the hotel was there the whole time, yet did not step in to help address the situation. He made sure he stayed with his back to me the whole time. I got a nice room in the end, comparable to what I had booked, but only because I kept insisting. So frustrating. At dinner - the server was unfriendly to the point that I addressed the issue head-on. Do you have a problem with me? ‘No, I don’t, I even brought you a different eine.’ What? That’s part of the job! The property is old, the carpets needs replacement, but the location is fantastic.

Te hotel is beautiful outside but has a horrible smell in corridors and rooms! We left!!! And the manager was very very aggressive!!! Expedia as always helped us to solve our problem!!
