I am leaving a bad comment because the air conditioning is totally unexisting. I guess it’s controlled by reception and heat mode. Windows cannot be opened. It’s just not acceptable. Positive note : Restaurant and hotel service very good.

Room was very nice and had a very good massage.

Staff support shocking!! I won’t be staying here again! Room was like a sauna, windows don’t open, I complained to reception who sent a guy to the room, he said, “room is hot because can’t open windows”, his answer “leave the front door open” awful experience trying to sleep.

The room was clean at first but i dont think they could recleaned the room properly. The door of my room and my friend's got problem but they fixed it quickly. The food was nice

This hotel is hands down the best I've ever stopped at. Having travelled the globe for work, we were advised about this hotel by a local business partner, and wow, we were impressed. Decor, staff, food, and services are of the highest quality. We will always return here on our Belgrade trips in the future.

In einem Hotel nicht schallisolierte Zwischentüren einzubauen ist völlig inakzeptabel. Ich wurde die ganze Nacht von lautstarken Telefonaten und den alternativen Erziehungsmethoden der Nachbarn wachgehalten. Die Kinder des Nachbarzimmer waren die ganze Nacht wach und ich wegen dem Lärm auch. Ich konnte sogar das Flüstern der Mutter hören. Ich verurteile dabei weder die Kinder, noch die Erziehungsmethoden der Nachbarn, sondern nur das Hotel. Schlafen und Erholung war nicht möglich, weil hier an falscher Stelle gespart wurde. Ich komme aus dem Baubereich und kann diese mangelnde Schallisolierung nicht verstehen. Völlig inakzeptabel bei einem Hotel dieser Preislage. Fast 200€ bezahlt mit Parkplatz und keine Minute geschlafen. Bevor ich auch nur eine weitere Nacht in diesem Hotel verbringe, schlafe ich lieber im Auto. Ähnliche Baumängel haben sich im Bad, Duscharmatur, Duschkopf etc. gezeigt. Fazit, immer zu den bekannten Hotelketten gehen und keine Experimente mit No-Name Hotels.

Knew about this hotel for years. Never stayed. First time here, will return for sure.

Tämä oli erittäin mukava hotelli. Siistiä oli ja henkilökunta oli viehättävä. Ravintolassa ja baarissa oli hyvä tarjoilu ja makoisat ruoat ja kakut. Alkoholivalikoima näytti olevan laaja (totean, vaikka en käytä). Erikoisesti suosittelen aamiaisata, joka ei kuulu hintaan. Se on suhteessa muihin ruokiin aika hintava, mutt todella myös hintansa arvoinen.
