아이들과 함께 한 여행이었는데, 쌀쌀한 날씨에도 수영장은 따뜻했고 쾌적한 방 덕분에 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 시설 이용료가 별도로 부과됩니다.

전체적으로 가격 대비 만족합니다

The property was fantastic and the staff was just as great. The only issue we had with our unit was the AC didn't seem to work properly. We could set it as low as 60 and it wouldn't move. We spent most of the time in our room at a fairly uncomfortable 76°. Other than that however, it was great. Very clean and we'll kept. They were resealing the parking areas throughout the community but did a wonderful job of communicating that up-front at check-in as well as the day's leading up to the impacted areas. The restaurant and bar staff were friendly and inviting to both me and my wife. They treated us like regulars and gave us recommendations.

Overall we had a good stay. We had a few small issues. The room you rent is not necessarily the one pictured. The pictures of the room were way nicer than the room we rented. Our unit had older furniture, couch, kitchen table, etc. so be mindful of that when reserving a room. When we arrived our microwave and our ice maker was not working. We ran out of toilet paper and the front desk gave us one complimentary roll but told us we’d have to buy any additional items we needed. During our stay the parking lot was being replaced and it was inconvenient the way it was all blocked off like a maze and made it hard for us to get in and out. Our favorite part about our stay was all the deer and babies roaming the resort. They were tame and super beautiful

Huisje was prima, redelijk netjes. Bank was wel doorgezakt en de overkapping in de tuin zat vol gaten en kieren , waardoor ongedierte makkelijk er in kon komen. Waren ook kakkerlakken in het huis, die hebben we zelf maar doodgespoten met instant death van Walmart. Maar de bedden zijn top. Alles inzet huis werkte en is in goede staat en de locatie kan niet beter. Wij hebben al met al een topvakantie gehad.

The rooms need a bit of an upkeep. A few light switches were dangling. The ac air vents were dirty. The main room sheets were absolutely disgusting. Stains and on one sheet hair stuck in some sticky substance. The club was nice and clean.

Really enjoyed our stay here overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The carpets were a bit worn but overall, the rooms were clean. Marked down on cleanliness because the sofa bed hadn’t been changed so we couldn’t use it. There was a nice ‘starter kit’ when we arrived, with toiletries in the bathrooms and initial kitchen supplies in the kitchen. The food at the restaurant was great (loved the chicken wings and fries!) and the property was close to shops and restaurants if you have a car.

The wifi never worked, there is no cell phone signal and the reception staff are super angry, they did not treat us well.

Enjoyed the pool area, Old Town, shopping and the Sports Bar and grill on the property. One negative, the stairs and bedroom carpets need a thorough cleaning or replacement.

Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia en el hotel dejó mucho que desear. Desde el primer día, el trato de la recepcionista fue sumamente déspota y poco profesional. Al momento de encargar nuestras maletas, nos hizo sentir como si estuviéramos molestando, sin ofrecer la más mínima amabilidad ni disposición de servicio. Además, nos quedamos sin internet durante tres días completos, lo cual afectó seriamente nuestros planes, ya que necesitábamos conexión para trabajar y organizar nuestras actividades turísticas. A pesar de que lo reportamos en varias ocasiones, nunca nos dieron una solución concreta ni mostraron interés real por resolver el problema. No es lo que uno espera al hospedarse en un lugar que promete comodidad y buen servicio. Una gran decepción.

I enjoyed my stay but the unit could have been cleaner. Walls, rugs were stained and dirty.

All good except it could use some ceiling fans and new couches. The couches have seen better days and are not comfortable. Pool was nice. Overall a good experience.

The surrounding area of the resort is not a pretty site. The area seems to be developing and there were a lot of debris and garbage around. The townhome was overall fine and suited our needs. The hot tub in the patio was extremely dirty and did not look maintained at all. My family and I were unable to use it, which took away an amenity as advertised. The pool area was great and there were plenty of lounge chairs available. Checking-in was brutal and slow. The customer service from some of the front desk clerks and the general manager could be better (less attitude, perhaps). There were also missing essential toiletries from the unit that we were assigned to and it takes forever for anyone from housekeeping to bring you the item(s).

Check in was 4pm and I didn’t get into my space until 5:35p. The jacuzzi didn’t work (main reason I booked) but was fixed Monday about noon. I requested a check out Tuesday at 11a. While packing car, got locked out and had to get a new key from front desk. They were unaware of later checkout. However, the space was clean and comfortable.

This resort was absolutely amazing i absolutely lived everything about it. It was so perfect for our family of 5. We did have some issues like the unit not being very clean and the hot tub not getting hot but after i spoke to the front desk our hot tub was amazing after that and i did the cleaning myself. But other then that the property has water slides a very good decent size pool an outside bar and inside with a restaurant a huge hot tub for the public which was amazing. Pool toys for the kids were available to play which made my kids even more happier. We will definitely be returning thank you so much.
