Everything was okay except our request for iron & board were ignored. After 2x we gave up. The hotel is waking distance to tourist attractions such as Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern and Topkapi Palace. It is only 220 m to the nearest tram stop Sultanahmet (T1 line) making it accessible to places across the Golden Horn, Eminonu pier and the Grand Bazaar. There are many restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Good value for money hotel. Customer service can be improved further.
