아침식사 메뉴는 정말 괜찮았음. 맛있는 밥을 먹어서 사람들 기억이 미화되는 건 아닌가 잠깐 의심함. 오래된 호텔을 개조해서 쓰는 호텔임. 뭐 어떨 거 같음? 굉장히 낡았고, 방음 안 되고, 무엇보다 따듯한 물이 안 나왔음 12월에. 말이 되는 거임....? 근데 그런거랑 상관없이 리셉션 직원분은 너무나 친절하고 좋은 분들이셨음. 아침 메뉴도 맛있긴 정말 맛있었음. 하지만 호텔은 별로임. 참고로 침대가 푹신하다는 건 진짜임. 근데 굉장히 낡았고, 깨끗한지는 모르겟음. 나는 몸이 간질간질 했음..

수백년된 오래된 주택을 호텔로 개조한 숙소라서 넓지는 않지만 색다른 경험이었음.

리알토다리랑 산마르코 광장이랑 모두 가까워서 관광하기 좋고, 호텔 자체가 약간 중세시대 느낌? 키도 멋지고 분위기가 좋아요. 리셉션도 깔끔하고 직원분들도 영어 잘 하시고 신사적이시고 도움을 많이 주십니다. 조식도 종류도 다양하고 맛도 좋아서 아침에 과식하게 된다는 단점이... ㅋㅋ 청소도 매일 깔끔하게 해주시고 수건도 매일 갈아주십니다. 단점이라고 하면 일단 엘리베이터가 없는점, 근데 어차피 첫날 마지막날에만 잠깐 고생하면 되니까 괜찮아요. 그리고 베니스 특성상 처음에 찾기 힘드실 수 있는데 구글맵 보고 가다 보시면 광장이 나오고 건물들 사이에 작은 골목이 있어요, 그곳에 있습니다. 건물들 잘 보시면 골목 입구에 이정표 있습니다. 어머니가 냄새에 민감하신데, 처음에 들어갈때만 조금 나무 냄새 난다하시곤 금방 적응하셔서 크게 문제 될 것 같진 않아요. 담번 베니스 여행에도 꼭 여길 올 듯 합니다! 강추

The staff were very kind and helpful when it came to check in and recommendations around the island. Check in was easy and the hotel was in a great location. They served breakfast but I didn’t wake up early enough to catch it, but it smelled amazing. I would def stay again.

Friendly staff. Rooms are small but typically for Venice. Good breakfast. Near supermarket and canal.

Clean, staff was nice.. a 2 minute walk to the market to get snacks and drinks, everything was a few minutes walk..

The only complaint is no elevator for heavy luggages, especially if your room is in the 3rd floor.

Breakfast was really nice with lots of options. Power went out a few times because I used my str8t iron - kind of strange. Great pressure in shower. Mattress was very thin - not too comfy. Location was central.

The major issue with this hotel is NO ELEVATOR, and nobody is offering to help anybody (including women or older people with luggage to carry up or down). The hotel is very old and has no way to have it, but the staff needs to at least offer help. The stairs are tilted, and going to the second floor feels like going to the 4th floor. Bathrooms are also very small.

Nice hotel, staff was excellent. Breakfast was great especially the apple tart. The desk clerk was a life saver for us arranging a private water taxi from the hotel to the airport. The only negative is that there is no elevator. Our room was on the third floor requiring a climb of 63 stairs to get to our floor. At 75 and 72 years old it was challenging but walking around Venice is no easy task either. I’ll say it again. A nice hotel that met our needs and a fantastic staff.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Venise. La chambre était propre et grande.Tres bon petit déjeuner. Petite chose a revoir la taille de la douche dans laquelle on est vraiment à l'étroit même pour les petits gabarits.

The hotel is very central to the tourist sites ,all the staff were very friendly and helpful,the breakfast was very good. If i return to Venice in the future i wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Hotel is secure, great location close to many attractions, high end bathroom fixtures. Plus I mentioned to the clerk I had to leave early for a day trip and was going to miss breakfast. She went out of her way and put a yogurt and croissants in my room while I was out. Outstanding customer service!!!!!

Well situated, not as up to date as we would have liked. No elevator and no one to help us with our luggage. Breakfast was ok.

Check in and out was easy and staff was helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of items to chose from.

well priced, at first I thought it was hard to find, but it’s a 5 minute walk from the Rialto Stop of the Alilaguna water bus. Breakfast was good. Bed and pillows could be upgraded, but for the price it was fine.

I feel I was a victim of bate and switch. The website shown very nice rooms. I wound up with an extremely small room with a single bed, sink and a chair. I felt this was a room for a monk. The mattress sagged about 6 inches. I would guess that mattress is at least 30 years old. My window faced a dirty smelly alley with no view except to stare into an office who kept their lights on all night. I had to walk down the hallway to use the bathroom which was another issue. The bathroom was micro in size. Barely room to move about. The toilet seat extended UNDER the sink. You basically had to craw onto the toilet seat. The shower was very small, and the glass door leaked profusely with water all over the floor. There was a drain but still the floor was wet getting out of the shower. Bring your own shampoo and body wash. The tinny containers were very small, and the products were of poor quality. The breakfast room was very nice, and large and the food was very good. I am only glad I sent only two nights. My back could not take another night on the bed. They say the hotel is centrally located. They didn't disclose the fact that it is located at the bend of two very narrow and sketchy pathways. There is no elevator so it will be difficult to carry your bags up the in some cases slanting stairs. As night the light sensor only come on for each small segment of the hallways instead of lighting up the entire hallway. Move quickly or the lights will turn off.
