숙소인근에 도보로 이용가능한 박물관이나 공원, 광장등이 인접해있어 여행이 수월했다.

객실은 깨끗하였습니다. 위치도 만족스럽습니다. 휘트니스 시설이 없는 것이 다소 아쉽습니다.

가격 대비 서비스가 별로인듯 하네요. 화장실 물이 잘 내려가지 않고 침대도 불편하고, 무엇보다 내부가 너무 좁고 답답한 구성입니다.

Good location and nice staff

조식이 아주 맛있음. 방은 작아요. 지하철역까지 7분정도. 프라도 미술관 아주 가깝습니다. 렌페 탑승 위해 아토차역 가는데 짐이 많아 택시를 탔고 요금은 5유로 나왔습니다. 도심 한가운데는 아니지만 근처 도보로 갈곳도 많고 위치 좋았습니다.

주변지하철이 없어 불편했음. 우버로 택시타고나감ㅋ 시설은 깔끔했고 서비스친절도 좋았음 로비 휴게시설에 커피머신괜찮음 슬리퍼 커피포트 구비되어있지않았으나 요청하면 갔다줌

프라도 미술관과 레티로 공원을 5분 안에 갈 수 있습니다. 아토차 역도 10-15분 정도 걸으면 갈 수 있습니다. 조식 뷔페 메뉴가 매일 조금씩 바뀌어 질리지 않았고, 직원들이 친절했습니다. 다만, 다소 오래된 시설, 방문 앞에 바로 침대가 있어서 복도에서 나는 소음이 들리는 단점이 있습니다.

The hotel is unfortunately not worth the price. The only real advantage is its location. The property is quite old and in need of refurbishment. In my opinion, it is more comparable to a 3-star hotel than the standard its pricing suggests. The bed was uncomfortable, the shower was outdated and not particularly clean, and the sink had been repaired with tape, which gave a poor impression of the room maintenance. The biggest concern, however, was security. The in-room safe could only be accessed by tapping a credit card using an outdated magnetic stripe system. This feels insecure, as magnetic card data can potentially be copied or compromised. In addition, during check-in, the hotel did not simply pre-authorise my credit card but instead stored the card details in their system, which I also found concerning from a security perspective. Finally, for a 2-night stay only 2 coffee capsules were provided, which felt rather stingy considering the room rate. Overall, apart from the excellent location, the hotel offers poor value for money and falls well below the standard I expected. I would not choose to stay here again.

This hotel is awesome, steps away from Cibeles with a great staff. While it’s located in the city center, you don’t feel it since the hotel is surrounded by residential buildings. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again.

The room was very convenient and spacious. The air conditioning was not great but it did the job. The location was perfect, near to everything, walkable, next to a beautiful park and a couple of blocks away from El Prado museum. Breakfast could have been better and we thought the dinning area was greatly understaffed, other that that, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall pleased.

Excelente ubicación a un calle de Parque el Retiro, zona tranquila con ambiente local. Las habitaciones aunque pequeñas son confortables y en buenas condiciones. Volvería a hospedarme.

The Petit Palace was beautiful— the terrace view was a highlight for sure! The staff was kind, and breakfast had plenty of options!

The property is in a great location, walkable to several places, including great food. The staff, especially Rey, were nice and helpful for the most part. The only issue we ran into was with respect to the AC, and maybe this is just coming from an American perspective so take that into consideration. We checked into the hotel around 7:40 pm and immediately upon going into the room turned on the AC, but it wasn’t putting out too much air, but it seemed like it was working so we showered and left for dinner and hoped it would get the room at least cool enough to sleep in comfortably since we were only using the room for the night since we had an early flight back home. Unfortunately, when we returned from dinner the room was still warm, so I went downstairs and let Clau know about this issue and she questioned me twice as to whether the AC was actually on. It was a little offensive, but I explained to her what I had done. I had gone downstairs to ask for a fan and after her rounds of questioning she finally agreed to bring me a fan, but never to have someone check the AC, since she mentioned she was the only worker on property. All to say, that the room never got cool enough even overnight, so our sleep wasn’t the best. Glad it wasn’t the middle of summer, although it did get up to 90. Definitely not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. In addition to this issue, the carpeting in the hallways is disgusting, with large stains everywhere, made me feel like I was at a cheap motel.
