위치는 노르만궁전이 아주 가깝고 주차하기에도 괜찮은 편입니다. 인테리어가 특색있고 친절한 호텔이에요.

만족스러운 숙박이었어요.좋은위치에 아주 깔끔하고 예술적인 내부 인테리어가 훌륭했어요.사진의 모습과 같습니다. 정성스럽게 차려준 아침식사와 영어가 가능한 친절한 직원들이 인상적입니다. 관리자분께 한가지 조언하자면...눈에 띄는 간판이 하나 있다면 좋겠어요~ It was a satisfactory stay. In a good location, very clean and artistic interiors were great. The carefully prepared breakfast and friendly English-speaking staff are impressive. One advice for the manager ... I wish there was a noticeable signboard ~ Forte raccomandazione! High recommended!

I had difficulty with checking in as I arrived two hous later which was 2am : ) Bring our luggages manually up to the top of the building was pretty hard for us after 14 hours flight. Deco was interesting everywhere especially dining room furbished with Phillip Stock chairs and tables.

What a wonderful hidden gem of a hotel this turned out to be. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was incredible and was close to all that we wanted to see. Would definitely recommend as well as stay here again in the future. OWNER WAS hands on and made our stay so enjoyable.

Excellent staff, great location. Friendly and supper efficient.

This hotel is tucked away in a local area but just minutes walk from the sites and main streets. The design and decor are charming and unique, but the biggest standout was the service. The staff went out of their way to help us with last minute and changing plans for the 1 night we stayed there. True hospitality!

This is a whimsically decorated place and not your traditional hotel atmosphere but meets all your needs. The hotel staff was very helpful especially Dalila was very friendly and provided excellent guidance.

It a nice boutique hotel, beautifully decorated, very caring staff, nice breakfast, surviving working. Room good size, close to the castle , cathedral and other attractions, lift. The only thing in the evening it is very dark outside and I felt insecure . And another minus- the left luggage kept in the lobby/ nonstick room. I would not like to leave my luggage like this .

Highlight of this hotel - the staff they were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. However, the area is disgracefully filthy and run down. The building itself is horribly deteriorated and the pumping air Freshener covers up a clear sewer smell. This smell is evident as you enter the reception area as Well as in our bathroom. The furniture is old and rundown as much as other travelers claim it is “artsy”. Motorcycles and bikes in the room? Please! It was Shocking to see so many stellar reviews! I did not want to stay here and struggled to find another hotel. The photos are Greatly misrepresenting of this hotel - Especially the line of overflowing garbage cans as you walk out the front door!!!

We loved the location, the staff and vibe of the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful- quite the spread! There is a pool but it was icy cold and not really usable so I would suggest heating the pool to make it nice for guests to use.

Fantastisk personale, bassengområde, frokost var helt unik. Man må ha en natt, men helst flere der en gang i livet. Enkelt å komme seg til/fra tog/flyplass, de gjorde sitt beste for at alle i reisefølge skulle føle seg sett. 10 av 10 til hotellet med personalet.

Healthy and good service.

We were highly disappointed with this hotel. Our room was located in the attic, and unless you’re under 5'4", you’ll constantly be bumping your head due to the sloped ceiling and lack of headroom. The bed and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I was traveling with my sister, and to our surprise, there was no bathroom door — meaning one of us had to leave the room whenever the other needed to shower or use the toilet. After we complained, they eventually gave us a makeshift wooden divider, but that’s not what was advertised on Hotels.com. The room was poorly maintained: the paint was peeling, an electrical outlet in the hallway was completely open (a serious safety hazard), and the refrigerator didn’t work. Cleanliness was lacking throughout. The “shampoo” came in tiny ketchup-style packets, the towels were rough and old, and there were no towel bars in the bathroom. The window in the room was an 8" porthole (see photo) Breakfast was mediocre at best — stale pastries and little variety. Overall, this property does not match its online description and needs significant improvement in comfort, safety, and maintenance.

Nice hotel with great staff,

This hotel is a hidden gem! The breakfast is possibly one of the biggest (with the most variety) we’ve ever experienced. Conveniently located and close to the main attractions and streets! The staff were superb, so attentive.

The food and service was excellent. The bathroom shower worked but was in need of repair sink area also in need of repair. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants

Breakfast was top notch

The staff was some of the most lovely hotel staff I have ever come across. They made us stay so special. I would come back in a heartbeat.
