코로나 19 때문 인지 사람이 많이 않아서 체크인도 빨리 되었고 전체적 만족도가 컸습니다 다들 친절하게 잘 해주셨어요

숙박은 괜찮았지만, 음식이 제입맛에는 별로 였습니다.

위치를 고려해서 가성비 좋은 호텔인 르네상스 피라 호텔을 예약.바로셀로나 공항과 시내 중간인 피라 지역에 위치. 호텔 바로 옆에 지하철이 위치하고 있어서 교통이 편했으며 바로셀로나 공항과 시내까지의 택시비가 약 20유로 정도. 호텔 바로 앞에는 이케아,5분거리에 까르프가 있는 대형 쇼핑센터가 있어서 이용하기 편했고,가까이에 위치해 있던 지역 레스토랑도 가성비 최고의 맛집이였슴. 다음번에도 바로셀로나 방문시 재예약할 의사 있습니다

Bubbelpoolen var bra, lite kall så vi var tvungna att röra oss hela tiden annars blev man kall. Sängarna var inte mjuka utan alldeles för hård madrass för min smak, men sköna täcken o kuddar.

The room was clean and in an easy location to the airport. The rooftop pool and secondary heated pool were lovely. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The combined points made for a wonderful stay.

Amazing Restaurant!

Paid in advance with my booking. Was asked to make a payment at the reception upon arrival. Showed my documents and didn’t pay. We were at the hotel from 8pm to 6am as our train hot cancelled. At 6am, we checked out from the hotel, paid the city tax and all and didn’t use anything from the minibars. At around 7 - 7:30am I got a text from my bank that I was charged an additional 130 euros on my creditcard (provided to Expedia by their website) which is lower than the actual nightly rate and the fact that I had two rooms, this just smells fishy. Not recommended! I don’t have to spend hours on their schenanigansw during my vacation. They also didn’t provide the documents I asked of them when I wanted to report them. By law they are required to do so.

Un hotel de mucho nivel

Great option out of city center for family. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was great. Breakfast was expensive but great value for the money as the food was excellent. 5 minute walk to metro. We did not need a taxi during the entire trip. Took metro from the airport and from hotel, city center is 10-15 minute metro ride.

The rooms are very stylish but not functional at all. There is a glass shower door that is kind of see thru so it does not lend itself to sharing rooms with siblings or friends. We had 3 rooms and all 3 were like that. Unfortunately 2 of the rooms were not ready at check in and we had to wait almost 3 hours in the lobby after traveling all day. We were not offered any type of compensation for the wait. There was a sewage smell in our room and had to call in service people. They just sprayed something scented into the toilet, sink and shower drains so it was not resolved. Just the smell was covered up the spray. The staff is very nice but I personally would not return.

Genel olarak guzel bir otel, sessiz, kahvaltisi oldukca guzel, calisanlar guler yuzlu ve yardimsever. Oda temizligi cok harika degil Ama genele bakinca hersey cok guzel

Alles war sehr toll. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und wir waren überall sehr schnell mit dem Metro und unkompliziert. Was uns nicht gefallen hat ist das man einfach sehr auf die Taschen usw aufpassen muss, weil es so viel Diebe unterwegs waren!! Das war unangenehm für uns.
