It was the worst experience I had in my trip to Italy. Property condition unacceptable and people working there which I want to remark Leticia and Martina , very unprofessional. Martina doesn’t have manners and she was very disrespectful she doesn’t have skill to work with customer service. She should be fired. Only one thing I need to remark it is the beautiful view to the sea from the hotel . Also Expedia needs to be sure about Hotels condition before to publish those on the website this way would avoid uncomfortable situation from travelers.

Solid 3.5/5.0 Great location. Walking distance to central Tropea tourist areas, nice beach immediately nearby, and spectacular seaside views. Hotel itself is solid, with spacious and clean rooms (although cleaning is not offered daily). Staff generally friendly and helpful, although unfortunately one bad incident ended up impacting our experience. The hotel promotes their own restaurant, and on our first night we accepted the suggestion. They were pushing a pre-selected menu, which we had little interest in, but the desk host ensured us a la carte would also be available. When we got there the waiter advised that only the pre-selected menu was practically available because they only had one person working the kitchen and he would struggle to prepare items outside what he was focused on. We were disappointed, but agreed since it was already late and we were kind of trapped there at that point and quite hungry. The food was bad, and we had to leave part-way through, unable to finish it beyond what we needed to eat simply to stem hunger from travels during the day without a meal. We subsequently advised the hotel about the experience. At checkout we were surprised to see we were charged full price for the meal, when we reasonably expected either a full or partial comp given the circumstances. The hotel manager simply said no concession possible. We were stunned at the service given price-point of the hotel, and left with a bad feeling after otherwise solid experience.

L’accueil est très froid. La jeune fille à la réception n’est pas intéressée à aider ni à répondre aux questions. La salle bain de la chambre a besoin de réparations. La douche coule et a rempli le plancher. La nourriture servie au petit-déjeuner n’est pas rafraîchie et est froide et sèche. La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas. Bref, Un endroit à éviter. Pas du tout comme dans la description en ligne:-(

NOT recommended. Street parking is limited, desk staff unfriendly and unhelpful, they charged us for breakfast even though it was included, room was smelly, shower door didn't work, wifi kept dropping, TV didn't work, and beach was not nice. Only positive were the friendly guys working in the restaurant. Suggest you look elsewhere.

Bra läge, nära till centro storico och till stranden. Inget speciellt om rummet, men det var rent.

Arrivati siamo accolti bene alla reception però l"attesa era di avere delle camere ampie come.descritte , dopodiche troviamo un bel.letto comodo e grande come.anche una tv di 40 pollici con sky, bagno sotto le attese con sicuramente molti lavori di ristrutturazione da fare oltre che aggiungere il bidet mancante e onestamente in italia lo si deve avere. Nel bagno di una coppia si rompe la porta a vetri della doccia e fortunatamente non succede nulla ma grande paura , costringemdo la reception a cambiare stanza.La posizione buonissima vicino al centro e al mare.

Cooles Hotel, mit Zimmer, welche Terrassen und Sitzgelgenheiten haben. Der Abstieg (Treppen) durch Kaktusfeigensträucher seitlich ist schnell zu bewältigen und man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand. Das Morgenessen ist leicht mit vielen frischen Früchten, Buffet und Saft, Kaffees in allen Arten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich, sowie modern eingerichtet. Der Ausblick von der Frühstücksterrasse ist atemberaubend schön! Gerne mal wieder!

Norme covid non rispettate, al ristorante ci è stato detto di togliere la mascherina, tanto mica si mangia con questa? L a camera fornita era un sotterraneo pagata 145 euro, in cui le mura erano umide (così come l' odore di tutta la stanza) e ancor prima di vedere la stanza la reception già ci aveva proposto un upgrade con 15 euro di differenza (tot. 160 euro a notte tassa) per avere una camera per disabili (con tutto il rispetto per i disabili), con asciugamani e lenzuola macchiate, camera pulita superficialmente. Accompagnati in camera (la bettola iniziale, piano -4), senza alcun servizio di trasporto valigie, la ragazza ha anche ironizzato sull'odore di muffa della stanza, dicendo è nel sottoscala. Colazione assente, fatta di un unico cornetto vuoto e bevande dal distributore (non per tutti i clienti, a simpatia i camerieri preparavano loro qualche espresso o cornetti farciti). Il parcheggio segnalato come incluso nel prezzo e gratuito, in realtà non esiste, bisogna cercare posto nella strada pubblica esterna. Il costo della camera, rispetto al servizio ricevuto, è inadeguato. 160 euro a notte buttate! Una vera rapina!

Camera improponibile senza finestra, con una porta che dava su una passerella esterna alla struttura. Macchie di umidità sparse e presenza di formiche in camera. Pulizia a dir poco scadente. Wifi a intermittenza. Colazione praticamente inesistente composta da un cornetto di quelli surgelati, qualche monoporzione di biscotti, 2 tipi di marmellatine tutto rigorosamente di discount!!! Spacciata per una struttura 3 stelle ma che ne vale 1!! Da evitare!

You get what you pay for. It is a cheap and clean hotel, not fancy or special but it will give you a clean bed. Keep an eye on reception though: I booked a triple room and they tried to give me a double room (and insisted they were right).

Prima le impressioni positive: - posizione abbastanza vicina al centro - vista sul mare stupenda - ristorante valido con vista eccezionale ...quelle negative: - la "Junior Suite" di 24 mq (da descrizione) era, forse, 16 mq - le pantofole in omaggio (sempre da descrizione sul vs. sito) non c'erano - la cassaforte non funzionava - il bagno era senza bidet

Like - Amazing views, close to old town, fairly quiet, close to beach, helpful staff, parking available at no cost, large room, large shower stall. We got a great deal on the price. Dislike - Building is aging but still has a ‘vintage’ feel and not decrepit, yet. Breakfast was plentiful but appeared to be last night’s left overs and the same breads/cakes from the previous day. No coffee in the room. Overall, very happy with the hotel and had a wonderful time staying there
