Nice location, friendly staffs, a clean room, everything was good. I was happy while I had stayed in the hotel :)

주변은 걍 주택가 정도라 밥 먹기 힘들고 세르티카 유적지 지나 큰 식당이 있는데 스시등 종류는 무지 다양하나 가격은 스시가 15천원정도등 무지 비쌈(걸어서 10분정도)

얼리 체크인비용을 50유로나 냈지만..더블룸 썼는데 혼자 지내기에 적당했어요! 침대도 크고..화장실에서 가끔 담배냄새가 났는데 참을만 했고 직원들도 친절했습니다! 호텔 1층 레스토랑도 가격 적당하고 맛있었어요~

Breakfast quality should be definitely improved and wash coffee cups & juice glasses properly, there were several with lipstick marks!!!

Everithing was good.

Staff very nice and helpful early check in and late check out. Also managed my mistake by creating 2 beds for my kids room which I forget to ask for. Large rooms for suites and excellent price Breakfast was high quality and filling . Well done.

Stayed in Sofia many times in the past two years in a range of hotels. It was this one which impressed me the most. The staff were incredibly helpful as well as the location being extremely convenient for easy access to the city services. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice hotel with perfect location, not far from Serdika metro station. We really enjoyed the breakfast and our family room was spacious, I must say the guys from reception are super friendly and helpful specially Stefan, thank you 😊

Not expensive but requires better maintenance

Location is very good 👍 room is comfortable! Some staff (on day 1 check in) were very nice, some others can be nicer. Breakfast was okay, but rotten tomatoes with white mold was discovered on Dec 11, talked to the guy who was serving, he tried using hand to clean it, demanded him to take it away, not sure what did he do with it. Food safety is important!
