경치가 넘 좋습니다 식사도 좋습니다. 위치가 높아 주변을 배경으로 인생사진 남기세요 옆에 있는 유적지는 시간제한이 있어서 구경 못한게 아쉽습니다

좋은 경관, 한적한 도시, 친절한 직원. 우리는 늦게 도착하여 제대로 이용하지 못 했지만 스파와 마사지도 즐길 수 있다. 마사지는 엄청 약해서 오일 발라주는 수준이라고 생각하면 됨. 스페인 여행 시 남서쪽에서 동쪽으로 이동할 때 하룻밤 쉬었다가기 좋은 장소.

Oppholdet var veldig bra, kafeteria og terrasse flott og frokosten bra, fine lokaler, moderne og rene. Det var imidlertid veldig lite informasjon tilgjengelig både om hotellets fasiliteter og om Lorca som sted. Flott sted, men veldig dårlig og lite informasjon

Very impressive infrastructure and very impressive view over looking the whole city. Looks and feels like the palace it is. Receptionist even added a touch of French in his welcoming.

Truly beautiful location. Excellent food and such friendly staff. Immaculate. You can feel the history. Next to Castillo de Lorca. Outstanding for the price !

Ganz hervorragende Location. Sehr schöne und große Zimmer, großes 2- Zimmer-Appartements. Habe in Zimmer 801A übernachtet und war total begeistert vom Appartement und dem tollen Blick aus den Zimmern. Großes und komfortables Bad. Einfach überragend. Sehr gute Parkplätze. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider konnte da das Gastronomie-Personal bei weitem nicht mithalten. Die Kellnerinnen haben ihr bestes gegeben aber das männliche Personal, insbesondere an der Bar/Terrasse waren ein Albtraum. Zuerst hieß es vom Kellner der Terrasse/Bar er sei "full" und würde uns nicht bedienen, was in diesem Fall hieß, wir würden gar nichts von der Bar bekommen aber das Restaurant war noch geschlossen, somit keine Möglichkeit, um ein Getränk zu erhalten. Ein anderer Kellner verstand kein Englisch und erst nachdem ich eine Kellnerin gefunden hatte, erhielten wir nach einer halben Stunde Wartezeit den gewünschten Aperol Spritz und ein Glas Sangria. Später beim Dinner wieder sehr lange Wartezeiten und auch hier konnten nur die Damen das Dilemma einigermaßen verhindern. Beim Frühstück wieder total überfordertes Personal. Wir waren zuvor in 3 anderen Paradores, wo die gewünschten Omeletts anstandslos erhalten hatten aber hier hieß es nur "das geht nicht" oder "das gibt es nicht" und das noch in einer unfreundlichen und herablassenden Art und Weise. Wir mussten dann ohne das gewünschte Frühstück das Hotel verlassen. Fazit: Super Hotel aber Personal schwach.

Nice pleasant hotel and comfortable stay. We chose the hotel because it was a Spa hotel however we were very disappointed to find out that the Swimming pool and Spa were only open for 4 hours 4:30 - 8:30pm. We already had other things planned after checking in and were therefore unable to use the facilities that afternoon. We were planning to use them in the morning for an early swim, so that was a negative for us.

Lovely hotel ... a bit lacking in atmosphere, but spotless and stunning setting. The stairs shortcut into town were under repair when we were there, so the walk into the old town was a long one. Swimming pool was nice, but a bit annoying that the sauna / steam room / hot tub were 35 Euro per person to use for residents !

Easy walk to castle next door, with great views and lovely gardens.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit et tout était parfait. Le dîner est à essayer car il y a beaucoup de produits régionaux et locaux. Le lit etait très confortable et la vue de la chambre est magnifique.

El hotel es en una posición inmejorable si bien no facil de alcanzar tambien por injustificada falta de indicaciones. La structura es imponente con muchos salones para eventos. El personal de la recepción un poco frio como pasa demasiadas vez en los Paradores. El restaurante ofrece unos buenos platos a unos precios razonable, servicio algo errático pero suficiente. Las mala notas son por el mantenimiento del habitacion. Caja fuerte Inutilizable , secador de pelo para sostituir ya, y punto luz en el baño no funcionante. Una veradera pena que afecta la valoracion del hotel. Cuanto el desayuno ha sito mi ultima vez en un parador. Precio absurdo por una selecion muy limitada de productos. Adoramos y siguimos llorando los desayunos del Parador fallecidos de Covid 19.

Property was lovely and very large with grea views. Restaurant and bar area lovey, attentive staff and wonderful selection of food. A drive from centre of Lorca but that was easy.

Overall service was good. Food was average. Would be nice if a kettle is provided in room. Castle is right beside so it’s great for 1st time visitor. Best to include breakfast when you book your room as nothing around the hotel except the castle. Being high up in the mountain with a great view. There was no water in the rooms this morning but eventually fixed. The key card did not work so well, lights were all off for 3 times during our two nights stay.
