전체 평가 및 리뷰 Dockside Hotel

Check in was good and easy, Standards of the room were not ideal. Room was grubby with staining/water marks on walls. Bathroom was dirty with mould and grim in the shower. Breakfast was dismal, very hot in the basement with food sweating and if poor standard. I have never been to a hotel that offers cherry bakewells for breakfast.

Einfaches Hotel zum guten Preis nach Londoner Verhältnisse. Die Zimmer sind einfach, klein und veraltet, aber in Ordnung. Keine Klimaanlage, aber es gab einen alten Tischventilator.

The hotel is very close to the train station making it easy to get into central London. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in need of decoration but this is purely cosmetic and did not dampen our stay.

We were visiting the area for a trade event, at Tobacco Dock, and the hotel was in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the venue was clean and comfortable. A great hotel and very good value, we will definitely be going back if we are staying in the are again.

Reception was friendly, lady serving breakfast was really helpful and friendly too. Breakfast was nice with option of beans, egg and sausage available as part of the buffet style breakfast. The location was really good. I had a friend staying in a more expensive hotel near St Paul's Cathedral but needed somewhere cheaper. Shadwell station was just around the corner, I got on there and off at Bank tube station (tube took 3:minutes) and then had a brisk 10 minute walk to St Paul's Cathedral. For under £100 you will struggle to find better within such a short distance of central London. I loved it there and intend to return.

Given the price, the location was close to the areas I needed to be. If you are paying for a budget room, the condition will be passable at best. If I could not find any other hotels in this area I would stay again, but I will look elsewhere first.

A place to book when everywhere else is full or ridiculously expensive. Functional low end hotel. Room was clean, water was hot, staff were helpful, breakfast was adequate. Pretty basic, small rooms. Not much going on in neighborhood.

Bon séjour, chambre un peu petite mais le personnel au top vraiment serviable et à l’écoute !! L’hôtel est à même pas 5 min du métro et du train, très jien desservis il y a des épiceries et restaurant dans le quartier, si vous avez une petite faim

Stayed two nights visiting London for a show, the hotel is a two minute walk from Shadwell DLR so very convenient. Breakfast was fine each morning, something for everyone.

I’ve stay here multiple times and different rooms. The room I had this time really needs some love. Room it self is ok new blinds needed and lock on windows. The bathroom is really big but let down by how clean it is. Also broken floor tiles that could easy cut your feet. Hair dryer cord is damage didn’t use as looked unsafe. Shower screen hard to open was worried it would break. Toilet seat loose. Bed was fine nice and clean and slept well. No fan in this room. Tv has had better days. Stay here before other rooms was fine. Breakfast is fine for what it is. This is not a moan more don’t expect 5 stars for the price.

For the price and the location so close to tube station i found it easily worth my money.staff were friendly..helpful .the breakfast was simple but fed me well. I will be returning!

For the money (£117) this hotel did what we needed for the night. 5 mins from DLR & overground. Not really a tourist area & some would dubious about staying in this area, but hey we wanted a cheap hotel (father & son) , out drinking both days ,watching Sunderland at Wembley & Brighton at Spurs ⚽️❤️⚽️💙 The hotel allowed us to leave our overnight bag with them on both days, thanks for that 😁

The neighborhood was not very nice and the attention was not very polite. TV was not working well, it was flashing several colors.

The hotel overall is pretty ok, but there are some bad aspects. The room was not the cleanest ones although the sheets were pretty clean. There are bits and pieces missing, like the kettle doesn't fit the base, there plastic cover on the flushbutton in the toilet is missing, the windows are not very soundproof, the door handle is wobbly, the hairdryer was not working (hotel offerd a separate spare one). The beds are also pretty narrow and the matters itself is wobbly and you can feel the springs a little bit. The good things were the breakfast (although when something was missing we had to notice and ask for it to be added, the staff didn't do it as they were only present in the room for collecting the plates. The location is good, very close to Shadwell DLR with easy access to the city center. The wifi was good too. Personally I think the hotel is overpriced considering it's quality. You can easily find either same or cheaper price options within the city center that are far better.

Das ganze Hotel stinkt zunächst muffig und ist abgeranzt. In unserem Bad ohne Fenster wurde seit Jahren die Lüftung nicht gereinigt, der Schimmel zieht sich von der Decke bis zum Waschbecken runter, man möchte die Luft anhalten, noch schlimmer als im Zimmer. Wir haben so wenig wie möglich angefasst und sind am Ende mit Straßenkleidung ins Bett gegangen um möglichst wenig berühren zu müssen. Das Frühstück hat keine Gemeinsamkeit mit den Bildern, das Rührei ist grau und das Toast schmeckt nach Käse.

Good location for going to a concert at the o2 arena, 15/20 mins away on the tube

Habitaciones y todo ese lugar muy pequeño yo lo llamaría más un hostal no hotel, pero recepcionista bastante amable. Todo regular pero no para tres estrellas más bien una o dos. Si sería la mitad más barato lo entendería.

Entered using door bell, there was a friendly reception who welcomed us. We were handed over our room key. The room was small in size, as expected being in London, with a double bed and ensuite washroom. There were toiletries but we did not receive any towels unfortunately. There was a closet but one lock was broken. The bed was clean with some stain marks on the bed sheets (not sure what they were exactly). Overall, the room was satisfactory. The attraction was the included breakfast. Most food items were supermarket purchased but the inclusion of the breakfast is an excellent thought.
