Everything was clean and tidy. Bed was extremely soft so I sunk in like a drunken sailor. Water pressure was very poor and the hot water went from hot to freezing several times whilst taking a shower. Bunk beds very short but ok.

This is a holiday park. We only arrived late and left earky so dudnt see any staff or use the anenities. Easy late check in arrangements which we had to do at last minute. Easy access and parking. Good for families i would say.

Older style hotel with all the fantastic amenities (esp in kitchen) and lovely service that newer places lack. Thanks very much for a great stay.

Great parking right outside room. Very tired property. Small rooms. No noise insulation, can hear neighbours (not maliciously) talking at night or getting up in morning. Good for 1 night stay, I wouldn't recommend any more, we considered going elsewhere 2nd night. This room will not impress your partner.. lol.

Great cabin with everything you need. Rooms, loungeroom, dining, kitchen n cooking facilities, laundry facilities, pool at front door, parking at front door. Easy access from highway, only one turn off Gympie road. Wide variety of shopping experiences, parks, ice skating, dining etc.

The room was dirty, the bed linen was dusty and dirty. The walls had some holes. But I guess good enough if you just want to sleep

Overall experience was good, however the Air conditioning did not keep the room cool due to it not working properly.

You have Coachroaches in the bathroom and the inside of the entry door handle is loose. Everything else was really good

Please clean room much more. I use to be a housekeeper and the cleanliness was a 3/10.

A good location for us. Close to shops. Cabin was clean & provided enough plates, cutlery etc. staff were friendly upon check-in but didn’t see them after that. Only issue was the BBQ area was dirty & tables had a big pot of cigarette butts & all around ground under tables. Should be cleaned daily & was very off putting as we were going to use bbq but too dirty. Parking was ok but very tight. However, I would stay again if grounds were cleaner. Nice pool area.

Stay away!!! The staff was rude. We had gotten there early. I asked if we could check in a little early, but they treated us like we were idiots when we asked. When I asked about the WiFi that didn't work. They just shruged there shoulders and said maybe the weather has affected it. It was a beautiful day. TV was sporadic. We travel a lot all over the world and I've never really had an experience like that. There's a lot of other places to stay and I would suggest to stay somewhere else.

No wifi and dirty bottom of walls . Very poor.

Enjoyed a quiet stay in an area where we wanted to be.
