Check in was rather lengthy but front desk receptionist did give us an upgraded room which was sweet. Our room was clean and newly renovated. Be sure to have your parking passes visible in your vehicle. They tow vehicles quickly around the area if your not paying for parking. Location is great.

Ont m’a donner une chambre en arrivant insalubre, sentais le cannabis , des traces de saleté sur le cadre de porte d’entrée , aucune vaiselle il faut demander , plancher sale . J’ai fauté plainte à expedia et ont m’a changer de complexe et de chambre , mais je déconseille de réserver à cette endroit . Pour le prix payer c’est incroyablement terrible , personelle désagréable et aucun sourire . Je suis membre Or et j’ai jamais vue une place de même , désastreux La seul bonne chose c’est la plage à 100m car ils aurait fermer bien avant lol

The room was clean and almost on the beach. Very short walk to broadwalk.

I appreciated Wilson at checkin he made it easy for us but I feel like the check in at this place is out of control with huge lines and wait times for anything at this place. Painting the rooms and pressure washing would go a long way to make the place better. The location is close to the beach and that was the best quality.

There was no adequate cleaning service or change of towels and for the room I paid for it was terrible, I thought it would be better.

The lady at the breakfast is crazy and tries to scare everyone away, who’s trying to get just enough food from the table guarded by her.

Easy access and sparkling clean give it a 10

This hotel was a 2 minute walk from the beach which was amazing!! The place was somewhat clean but it was old and outdated (there were some cracks in the walls etc). The service is what made the experience here a not so good one. The staff was not kind or professional and even swore at the computer because something was not working. We onlt stayed for a short while (1 night) so it was fine, but to have to deal with that service for a longer time really would put a damper on your vacation.

The bed was uncomfortable the fact that your being charged for parking and no cooking supplies o had to call the front seat for cooking supplies was odd I would probably be charged for.i feel as if this property is designed to generate income based on all the fees and charges

Property was nice and clean the bed was a lil uncomfortable and having to pay for parking was ridiculous and to book a room with a kitchen without cooking supplies in the room was very odd that you had to call the front desk for cooking supplies

Não recomendo!!! As fotos não se referem ao hotel. Quarto caindo aos pedaços, piscina suja, nenhum utensilio na cozinha... só o armário quase caindo , sem copo, pratos ou talheres, nem sei como colocam que tem cozinha. Unica coisa que vale é a praia mas, isso não é do hotel né...hahahh....não caiam nessa furada, tem muitos lugares melhores em Hollywood, nunca mais volto nesse lugar.

Was worth the price(low rates). The doors aren’t properly installed so you can hear everything, especially your neighbours arguing at 2am (happened two nights in a row). Rooms are good for what you pay for them. If you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep and Want to be out of your room for most of the time, this is the place. Staff aren’t the friendliest, like to argue and yell at you. They were helpful to me but I witnessed them agree with multiple people. Overall a 5 out of 10. Sketchy area at night time

Quick walk to the broadwalk area, and clean rooms.

Staff can be more nicer. like when I go Mexico people are so nice just saying

Bed had hair strand in it other had dirty sheet as if NEITHER were changed. Ask for clean ones it took over 1.5 hrs to get.
