Awesome! Location 5/5. Cleanliness 5/5. Facilities and amenities 5/5. Service and hospitality 5/5. Design 5/5. Comfortness 5/5. 3 mins walking to Bayswater Sta. 5 mins. walking to Queensway Sta. (Central Line) 5 mins. Walking to Kensington Garden / Hyde Park 0.5 min walking to Bus Stop that leads directly to central London (10 - 15 mins). Surrounded by many restaurants, souvenir shops, mini market, pubs, casinos, etc. The room was very comfortable and its design was unique. I stayed at the Junior Suite whereas provided with a private balcony and private access to the room. The price of the room was also very reasonable considering the location, facilities, service, and hospitality. Would definitely staying here again on my next trip to London.

this hotel is awesome! very clean, good room and very kind staff. The receptionist (Linda) made the remarkable satisfying memories about the hotel. will go back to this hotel again.

Location was good, staff were helpful, but the interiors desperately need up keeping, carpets are stained, wood works are chipped and dented, pillows are flat. Junior Suites with doors opening to the terrace is a nice experience, just don't forget to close the shades!

Close to two underground station, a lot of Chinese/Asian restaurant, I love the room. So comfy.
