Un excelente lugar, cerca de faro y la playa. Esto no es un hotel es un pequeño departamento con lo que tienes en tu casa para tu comodidad. Las señoras de limpieza super atentas y los de mantenimiento. La habitación con balcón hacia la calle es cómoda. Michell atento al recibirnos. Una buena opcion

Absolutely an excellent location, one block from the Beach; two blocks from the lovely Pier. Many stores nearby, pharmacies, barbers and salons, laundries, groceries, cool bars - and many excellent restaurants, at all price levels. In fact one of the areas prettiest & Best Restaurants - Azafran, is right downstairs; on site. The young Head Chef is ultra talented; and knowledgeable about His Craft, Food and Wines. Rest of the service staff is impeccable as well. The Chicken Cordon Blu, with a divine mushroom soup in a wine glass - is a treat to behold. The area is close to many inexpensive public bus routes to excellent Southern Beaches, Cool Northern Destinations and well known shopping malls and all the favorite well known stores. Down at the nearby Pier many boat excursions are available to ocean accessible only enclaves; such as Yelapa, Las Animas and many more. The many helpful and knowledgeable Tour Professionals at the Pier Stands and Office - will make sure You are able to pick a tour that suits You, Your Family, Group and pocketbook. Boat drivers, crew and support staff are all serious about your safety, comfort and enjoyment. Back to the Room. Very safe and private access. Ultra clean. Nice Mexican feel. Nice view from the balconies and terraces. Rooms have all you need - nice size fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and most kitchen utensils you would typically require. Room safe, comfy beds, seating area, nice shower and Great A/C

Clean , access to everything including the beach . The room was so cute it had a balcony with French doors . Will definitely stay again !

The location of this property was the main reason we chose it. It’s just up the road from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize there was a bar directly across the street that blasted music until 2 a.m. every night. A few reviews had mentioned music due to the busy area in the Zona Romantica, but they said they barely heard it after closing their bedroom doors. However, we had upgraded to a king bed with a balcony, and our bedroom door directly faced the bar—closing it didn’t block out any of the noise. There was also loud construction happening in the building from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., so we couldn’t even enjoy a quiet morning coffee on the balcony. This construction was not disclosed to us before booking. The property had a deal with a beach club, which cost 300 pesos for two people to have chairs and beachside service. However, that was the only option—there were no beach chairs provided by the property for guests who just wanted to sit on the beach without paying, and I know some places do offer that. The unit itself was clean, but we won’t be returning. If you’re sensitive to loud music until 2 a.m., this may not be the best location for you.

El departamento estaba muy limpio y cuidado, tiene tres ventiladores de techo que funcionan muy bien y estupendo aire acondicionado en dormitorio. La cama excelente, muy confortable y también un refrigerador que sí enfría, algo muy raro en hoteles de todas partes.

Basic but clean and affordable

The people who host this property went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. Their response time is immediate. This is a safe, clean and comfortable property. It is basic and not frilly or fancy, but it had everything I needed. It is situated one block from the popular Los Muertos beach and is surrounded by many restaurants, clubs and shops. I would give it a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 for walkability. Its close to the Malicon too. The beach club was also great. Again, the staff there are really amazing and accommodating. The massage I had with Carlos was also a 10. I loved being welcomed at the beach club by Maria Luz every day. She made my day!
