전체 평가 및 리뷰 Crimson Hotel Filinvest City Manila

객실과 호텔은 좋았습니다. 하지만 이그제큐티브 클럽룸으로서는 최악이었습니다. 한 푼도 아깝습니다. 무료 미니바는 텅 비어 있었고, 클럽 음식은 항상 텅 비어 있었고 맛도 없었습니다. 심지어 신선하지도 않았습니다. 물 분사기는 있었지만 저희 층에 있던 건 고장이 났습니다.

아침 메뉴에서 할랄 음식을 찾기가 어렵습니다.

Kaya po babalik at babalik kayo sakanila. I want to commend people from cafe8 especially sir Rhon and Sir Rustie also Jona and Lester. Also all the lifeguards very friendly and very safe kasi ang dami nilang nag babantay sa swimming pool area. Housekeeping team I am thankful also very fast, efficient and friendly so please respect them very hardworking people. Bellboy service sir Marwin/Darwin and all of them are perfect! Also the transportation service team and even the security are well mannered. Thank you again Crimson one of the best hotel in Alabang and very delicious croissant please try! I love everything. See you again!

Nice place and very accommodating staff.

The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The staff at this property are great.

The hotel is great. Carpeted. Clean rooms. Good food and amenities. Allows special requests from guests. The queue for check in and check out takes a long time, though, like an hour or almost an hour. They should add more people in the reception area to address this. Also, clients should be informed beforehand that the use of the pool is not unlimited. The schedule is only from 9am to 5pm although during my stay they added more hours since there were a lot of guests. You are just given one hour per guest to use the pool and you have to book the schedule with the operator.

We reserved 2 weeks before our desired schedule. The bed we chose was a king sized bed. But when we arrived and checked in, I got surprised because they ran out of available kind sized bed and offered us 2 single beds. There was also a voltage and power fluctuation during our stay. We woke up in the middle of the night due to the warm temperature.

My kids had a great time and experience!

It was an awesome stay with my family. Well greeted by the staff as soon as we arrived, front line desk officer was able to make sure that our check-in was smooth— smiling all throughout our stay.

my husband left his pants and belt in the room but the customer servce told me that they did not see any pants after we left but my husband is super sure 100% that its in the cabinet. I am planning to have the cctv check
