정말 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 제가 찾던 바로 그 곳이었어요. 가격도 저렴하고, 시먼딩 중심부에 위치해서 편리했고, 시먼 MRT역에서도 걸어서 금방 갈 수 있었거든요. 주변에 음식점, 상점, 관광 명소도 많아서 이동이 정말 편리했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 편안했으며 관리가 잘 되어 있었고, 직원분들은 정말 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셨어요. 여러 호텔에 묵어봤지만, 엘리베이터에서 내릴 때마다, 그리고 리셉션을 지나갈 때마다 프런트 직원분이 반갑게 인사해 주신 건 처음이었어요. 그런 세심한 배려 덕분에 투숙객으로서 진심으로 존중받는다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 다음 타이베이 방문 때도 꼭 다시 묵을 예정이고, 편안하고 편리한 숙소를 찾는 분들께 강력 추천합니다.

호텔은 훌륭하고 깨끗하며 친절한 리셉션, 쇼핑 센터에 있고 찾기 쉽고 레스토랑 근처에 있습니다.

room is okay, clean but it's not voice protection.

Booked a room with two beds, were given a room with one double bed. Have to pay another 900NTD to just to change room

Pros: -711/Fam mart just beside the hotel -Very near to Ximenting -Room is clean -Toiletries are complete -5min walk to Ximen MRT -Good cable channels -Buffet breakfast is OK -Receptionists are approachable. Cons: -You will never know if they will put you in the annex bldg (w/c is 1min walk from the main bldg), I got the annex one though -Breakfast is at the main bldg, so if you got the room in the annex, you need to take the short walk going to the main bldg -Single room has no cabinet

Service was great. Shout out to their front desk staff Max who was very accommodating with our queries during our stay. Just one suggestion though, they need to put variations on their breakfast menu;stayed for 5 nights and the breakfast spread that they offer us the same every morning. But overall a great place to stay when visiting Taipei.

Ximen Citizen Hotel is Super B for me. We stay there for 3 nights. The staff is very accommodating. The food is ok. The location is great very near to Ximen Station and Ximending Shopping Center. Easy to find, easy to check-in and check-out. They allowed us to leave our luggage on our last day. Everyday they clean our room. The room is cozy. Change towel, Refill toiletries, water, coffee and snacks everyday.
