Great location and decor! Well equipped unit! Dry took ages so don’t use if you’re there for one night. Very noisy to sleep at night even with all windows closed. Wish they had luggage storage on site.

Only thing I noted was the kitchen board near fridge broken and kept fall out and some bugs under there

I dont like that when u get out of the apt there is the big garbage that smells infront of you. I like that location is very close to everything.

The apartment was nice. Response from the manager company was a little slow and the general area was very loud. People were out partying until 6 AM.

Loved our stay and the apartment was right off La Rambla so central and easy walking to many main sites and great restaurants.

The property was modern, clean and located perfectly. The only downside was the outside noise at night from the busy road. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Every time I needed assistance, I had it via front check in area or through WhatsApp. The area is great. Police station is down the street and there’s small convenience stores and grocery options everywhere. All the restaurants are very close by. Malls at both ends of las Ramblas. Boat rides and weekend vintage markets. Walkable. Livable. Amazing. I never felt safer and like a local. People were kind everywhere and appreciated when you spoke to them in Spanish. I love this property and this city.

Location was near areas we wanted to walk and apartment was clean but the area is near night clubs and you hear people coming back from the bars in the middle of the night.

Vi hadde en flott tur, leste andre omtaler før vi booket, og leiligheten så helt lik ut som på bildene, praktisk fin leilighet med sentral beliggenhet, men vi var ikke forberedt på så harde senger, det var som å ligge på senger uten overmadrass, men etter første natt gikk det bedre. Vi fikk leilighet nr 10 i 5.etg, heisen var litt treig så det ble mye trapper... Leiligheten har utgang rett ut i en gate, praktisk med matbutikk rett over gaten som er åpen til kl 23. Litt lugubert strøk, mye fattigdom, men plutselig så er du i luxusbutikker, mye inntrykk. Drar gjerne tilbake, men nå var det ekstremt dyrt. Tips; ikke velg restaurantene langs gaten der de prøver å få deg til å sette deg ned under telttakene, det er ekstremt dårlig mat, bestilte pizza og det var ferdig frossen pizza, for 5 pers ble det over 2000kr...også tar det nesten 1tkme å få mat, det er generelt på mange spisesteder, ikke finn et sted å spise når du er seldig sulten, ting tar tid her....

The apartment at Aspasios Las Ramblas was beautiful and clean with many modern amenities. The location was great - close to lots of restaurants, shopping and public transportation.

The apartment was well appointed, clean, and perfect for our family. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved having an apartment space in Spain. Having a balcony was really nice and a washing machine. Unfortunately, there was no dryer but we hang dried our clothes in the apartment and it was fine. Pro was contact-less check in and check out. Con was we were unable to do an early check in and had to drop out luggage off at another Aspasios hotel site (3 train stops away). Another con was that they would come into our apartment without notice, to either clean the apartment or work on things that needed to be fixed. I wouldn't have minded if we got a notification that they would be coming. There were also no extra pillows or blankets or towels. Just 2 pillows/bed and 2 throw pillows, 1 blanket for the bed and just enough towels for 2 people.
