Super nice staff

Property was unique and had a futuristic feel about it. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. The shower room at the spa was not fully clean, though it may be because we booked in for it last minute. Breakfast was nice, though the same offerings were presented every day. Maybe not sufficient for a 4 star hotel. Parking was ample & the free use of the electric car charging station was greatly welcomed. No comment about the staff.

Les suites à l'extérieur de l'hôtel sont très confortables, il ne manque que 2 chaises et une petite table d'extérieur. Spa exceptionnel. Attention toute fois au prix de la carte des vins qui peuvent être différents à l'entrée du restaurant et sur la carte que l'on vous donne, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de payer 40€ une bouteille de vin qui était marquée à 25€ sur notre carte. Petit-déjeuner complet et très apprécié en terrasse.

Clean, modern room. Excellent breakfast. Only comment is the bathroom door is glass and for a family room this is a little odd. For one night it was fine for us and I would book again. Staff are friendly.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staffs were really good and helpful too. Location is near to the airport and so if you are planning to visit centraal or cathedral it’s a bit tricky as you would have to catch 2-3 trains to reach there. But travel to Malpensa airport is really convenient. But I totally loved the hotel and service and would rate 8/10.

Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem. Parkplatz kostenlos direkt am Eingang von unserem Zimmer. Frühstück war gut und vielfältig. Die Hotelbar mit großer Auswahl und gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen.

Stayed at MO.OM Hotel recently and overall had a nice and relaxing stay. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. One thing to note is that the hotel is not very close to the train station, so you will likely need to get an Uber or taxi which can cost around €22 or more depending on the time and location. There also aren’t many shops or places nearby, so we had to go to the nearby Iper shopping centre to buy snacks and essentials. The spa was lovely, however it is not included in the hotel stay and costs an additional €35 per person to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel very clean and relaxing. It was a peaceful atmosphere and comfortable rooms made it a pleasant experience.

Bonne localisation proche autoroute. Pratique avec parking devant chaque chambre. Personnel agréable et souriant.

Lovely weather stayed for the Fiera del mobile quiet location. Chose the garden room very spacious,food is good and nice wine list. Pleanty of choice at breakfast Staff was graet and helpful Parking was exellent just outside the room door.

No café da manhã demorava a reposição dos alimentos e a atendente era rude. O hotel cobrou 3 vezes o valor da estadia e tivemos dificuldade no cancelamento dos valores cobrados indevidamente.
