The water come from the faucet was so dirty! I can see mosquitos coming out! They also charged me additional 5k pesos for my visiting guests! First time I encountered a Hotel with until 9pm visiting hours! Ridiculous!

The ambiance of the hotel was good. The accessibility to the pool and beach was excellent. We stayed at the Deluxe room. The rooms were not as clean as what we were expecting. The bathroom was dirty like the bathing area wasn’t cleaned. The bell trap of the lavatory has mosquitoes, red and black ants coming out from the trap. The pressure of the water wasn’t strong enough. The faucet and the shower head were not functioning well. The beds had a little stain of rust from maybe the previous users? The floor had a lot of red ants. The curtains were really dusty. But in spite of these comments, the food was good. Customer service can be improved. It was good to see different labels of the trash but I suppose they should add biodegradable and wash the trash bins as well. Food and Beverage Manager was really accommodating and he took the comments in a constructive way.

The price not worth it for the facilities and the services

first time to hear of a hotel that doesn't allow guests to bring food inside. Last call for orders is 4 PM, so if were hungry during the night, do we just starve? management not thinking of hotel location which is far from everything. if they're trying to impose on their food profit then they should be open for orders 24 hrs. instead of starving their customers. this is such a greedy scheme and so un-customer centric. been to 5 star hotels and never have I heard of food being restricted to be brought inside.

Front officer doesn’t know how to process online bookings. She denied check in for my family who are already at the hotel because she said they did not receive any reservation. Moreover, the 2nd room that i booked wasn't ready at 2:30pm (check in is at 2pm). So my family (7 people) had to stay in 1 room. Good thing travel agent has 24hrs customer service and they were able to resolve the confusion.

The room was not that good as what we expected.

I love the place and its ambiance. Only that some of the walls roofs and other structures were dilapidated.
