The front desk staff was friendly enough but directed all conversation to my 3 year old and made things uncomfortable. Asking him my phone number and license plate number and not letting it go when he didn’t know. I’m all for staff interacting with my kids but when he didn’t know the answers to her questions it felt like he was getting scolded at times. It made the check it process a lot longer than it needed to. Room and amenities were fantastic.

Clean room had everything needed besides a mini safe, and a good working heater was abit cold on the floor even when turned all the way up.

Room was in good condition and very clean. staff were polite and helpful. only issue i had with my room is the fact that i was boiling the whole night cause the heaters were on and the hotel had the cord to the ac unit ziptied so i couldnt plug it in. other than that it was a pleasant stay

Our visit was great, room was clean, with ample towels. It had a microwave, mini fridge and single serve coffee maker.

The Internet is kind of slow but it was a nice stay

The room looked recently renovated and was clean. Kids loved the water slide but the hot tub was lukewarm. We had a bad experience at the Aalto’s restaurant. We went for the Saturday prime rib buffet. Upon arrival at 5:30 (it started at 5:00), we were told they were sold out of prime rib even though the restaurant did not look very full. They offered us steak instead so we agreed. The steak we received was not worth $40 a plate. It was very dry and chewy. Almost like it had been thawed and frozen repeatedly. There seemed to be little selection for sides, especially for the kids. Some of the sides also seemed like they were cooked previously. Overall not a good experience, though they made it right by not charging us for our meals.

The individual we first met with to check in was rude and arrogant. Very defensive when shown an email with a different total (lesser than she was going to charge us). The room very rarely had hot water, the shower pressure was minimal and the tub didn’t drain properly
