Clean room, friendly staff, well priced. Bit of road noise but that is expected, and indeed warned. Didn't disrupt my sleep. A good solid option in my view and will definitely stay here again.

A nice clean place to stay, great shower, a bit of noise from traffic but it’s on the highway and it clearly stayed in the description prior to booking, would stay here again no problem.

Needs a room safe

Stayed recently for 3 nights in a double room. Bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was really good. Room included a microwave and toaster, which was very convenient. On the first night, we noticed the air con wasn't working as well as it should, which made the room a bit warm. We raised this issue with management who acted straight away to provide a more than acceptable solution. Staff, all the way from owner to all other staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location of hotel is close walking distance to several pubs, restuarants, Woolworths supermarket and the local Coffs Central shopping mall. Also has ample on site parking. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and again a special thank you to the owner for their resolution of the situation with the broken air conditioning.

The room should not have both double and single bed as the ability to access both sides of the double bed is quite limited.

Road noise can be any issue but didn't keep me up or wake me.

Property close to ex services club and while there is some road noise it wasn’t as bad as expected in room 6.
