머무는 동안 만났던 3명의 직원 모두 매우 친절했고 우리에게 적절한 도움을 주었다. 4박하는 동안 아침식사도 맛있게 준비해 주었고 언제든지 티룸도 이용할 수 있었다. 동루이스다리, 상벤투역 등 주요관광지와 가까워 여행하기 편리했다. 건물도 아름답고 편안하고 방 공간도 넓었다. 좋은 기억으로 남은 숙소이며 포르토에 간다면 또 머무르고 싶다.

호텔이 너무 쾌적하고 기분좋은 분위기입니다. 체크인 할 때 호스트가 엄청 친절하게 차랑 다과 제공해 주면서 도시 설명 한 번 해줍니다. 체크인 시간보다 빨리 체크인도 가능했어요. 공용 테라스 공간도 멋지고 저희가 묵은 방은 강 쪽 뷰가 매우 좋았습니다. 위치도 좋습니다. 호텔이 너무 쾌적해서 포르투에 하루 더 있고 싶었네요.

위치가 포르토 중앙에 있어서 어떤곳이든 걸어서 15분 이내로 가능합니다. 3인실에 묵었는데 창을 열면 바로 보이는 시내뷰가 너무 좋아서 체크인하고 한참 거리만 바라봤네요. 동네 산책하듯 돌아다니면 금방 볼수 있을만큼 작은 도시기도 한데, 지치면 언제든 들렀다 갈수 있어서 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 스탭들이 너무 친절한데 체크인하면 지도 보면서 도시 및 주요관광지 설명다 해주고, 상주하진 않지만 체크인/아웃 시간만 제대로 알려주면 그시간에는 있어서 이용하는데 전혀 불편함이 없었어요. 방열쇠문제가 있어서 금요일밤 11시에 전화했는데도 퇴근이후에 뛰어와서 문제 해결해주는것 보고 진짜 감동받았습니다. 호텔때문에라도 다시 포르토를 가고싶을 정도에요.

위치도 괜찮고, 객실도 깨끗하고 무엇보다 직원분이 매우 친절합니다. 조식도 정말정말 맛있어요!

숙소는 주변과의 접근성이 용이하고, 직원들은 모두 친절하며, 아침식사도 맛있었습니다. 3일 동안 숙박 했는데, 첫 날 수건이 깨끗하지 않아서 청결에서 점수하나 뺐습니다. 그리고 욕실은 좀 좁네요. 그 외 다른것에는 만족했습니다.

스텝은 매우 친절하고 숙소 위치도 매우 좋다. 방 자체도 매우 좋고 깨끗하고 안락하다. (밖에서 차소리가 조금 들리긴 하지만 신경 쓰일 정도는 아니다) 다음에 포르투에 간다면 반드시 다시 묵을 것이다.

중심지와 위치가 좀 먼것은 아쉬웠지만 룸 컨디션 너무 좋았고 직원들도 너무 친절했고 조식도 맛있었어요~

객실이 너무 넓고 깨끗하고 따뜻했습니다. 조식도 너무너무 맛있었습니다. 기차역에서 약간 떨어져있긴 한데 시내와 도우로 강변의 딱 중간이어서 어딜 가든 편리했습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 묵고 싶은 곳입니다.

Fantastic, knowledgeable staff, great location right in the heart of the city. The guest house is a little gem.

Fantastic hotel, staff very friendly and so helpful with directions where to pick up buses and which bus also trams. Best places to visit. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was great. Plenty of choice too. Nice touches like biscuits in your room and on reception there is coffee and tea and also on the third floor too which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend Cale guest house.

Wow what a fabulous place central for everything great rooms terrace was great to sit out in breakfast was great. Chris was 5 star member of staff friendly informative really a credit to guest house all staff were super nice very good level of cleaning will come again

We had a fantastic stay at Cale Guest House and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Porto. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions, restaurants, and riverbanks. A special mention goes to Kris, who welcomed us at check-in and truly went above and beyond. We arrived early, before check-in, and after breakfast service had finished. While storing our luggage, Kris kindly provided us with some delicious snacks, which were very much appreciated after our journey. She also took the time to share excellent recommendations on places to visit, things to do, and local tips that helped make our stay even more enjoyable. The marked on map was a great help to us on day 1. The accommodation itself is stunning. Our room was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and featured an incredibly comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. One of the highlights was the lovely garden area, which offers amazing skyline views across the city – the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing with a glass or two. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, from the warm hospitality to the beautiful surroundings. Super friendly and helpful staff, amazing location

Dit hotel ligt heel centraal en het personeel is enorm behulpzaam. Accommodatie is zeer schoon en heeft heerlijke bedden!!

O quarto é ótimo, a localização é fantástica e tem uma equipe muita atenciosa e gentil. Recomendo muito, com a ressalva de que não tem elevador.

Hosts and staff were incredible! Mickey was a delight and really made you feel welcomed with amazing tips. Room 4 was incredibly noisy though. There is an aircon unit or generator that makes a loud banging noise intermittently from the outside. Also the tea/coffee station for all the rooms is right outside that room 4. I was woken up several times late at night to people making tea as the floor boards in that area are incredibly loud. The breakfast was good but there were many fruit flies on the food.

Perfect part of Porto to stay. Great size, clean and very comfortable. Breaky was lovely, fresh and plenty of it. Views were amazing. Michaelangelo was the perfect host.
