시부야 109와 나란히 있어 어디든 가깝습니다

Good for short stay, Good Location.

It‘s a great budget hotel for travellers who wants to walk around Shibuya. The room is not too big and it is about 10 minute walk to center of Shibuya.

Superb location, compact room as expect for hotel in Tokyo but very very comfortable. However, there is one point I would need two well collaborate with the hotel on the check out time. It stated on the paper from voucher that check out time is at noon but I got a call from the front desk at 11.15 that the check out time was 11 and I would be charged for 1000 yen per hour. But I negotiated to 11.30 with no charge at the end.

Sarapan roti doang kamar sempit, lumayan jalan dari stasiun shibuya sangat tidak menyenangkan.

Near to Shibuya, I love the breakfast!!! But the room is just too small for both of us. :) but not a biggie..

The hotel did inform me with the information that the elevator wouldn't work on the 29th oct 2018 due to service maintenance. I was supposed to check out on the 31st but my son died on 28th morning, so I had to urgently check out. Due to the service maintenance I had to climb and bring down all my luggage from the 13th floor. I think the hotel should've prepared an emergency procedure for things like this. Imagine if one of your customer gets a heart attack, is he then expected to climb all the way down to make it to the hospital? I don't think so.

The place is very neat and clean. The bed was incomparable, the best compared to other places! So pillow, I didn't want to get up. The location is superb, near 109, restaurants, convenience stores. There's no seat available in the hotel lobby, so you don't want to wait in the lobby before checking-in.

It's an ok hotel, pretty good location (a bit walking to shibya station) and really small room but it is expected in Tokyo

Kebersihan dan kenyamanan memuaskan, fasilitas juga ok standar seperti hotel sejenis. Harga agak mahal untuk backpacker sendiri, overall ok.

I stay in 4 nights but they didn't change my bedcover at all, so dirty

So far so nice, only the price a bit expensive.

I personally have experienced the best stay in Tokyo with a mid-low budget. This hotel is located only a 5-minute-walk from Shibuya station and cross. It is very accessible and you can find several local shops, minimarket nearby.The staff are very friendly and helpful, almost all of them speak english They also provide the concierge facility, so you can put your baggage and stroll around while waiting for your check in time. Recommended.
