Fantastisk hotell som jag rekommenderar starkt till alla! Intill strand och bra läge!! Underhållningen var fantastisk och alla var väldigt hjälpsamma och fantastisk atmosfär! Det enda minuset är hissarna som var för små och ofta någon/några som var ur funktion och endast 4 hissar på ett så stort hotell och emellanåt endast 2 hissar i funktion på alla som bodde i hotellet.

too many people compared the pool and other leisure areas. Hotel require overall renovation and elevators are terroble. Good location and excellent stuff!

Hotel was ok in theory, nice pools and renovated junior suites. However, the room was not as described in hotels.com. Was supposed to be two single beds, two bunk beds and a sofa bed. Such room did not exist, no sofa bed nor two bunk beds but just one bunk bed in addition to two single beds. Air condition broke twice, daily cleaning was bad (dirty towels even if they were supposed to be clean, swiping the floor only when requested, replacing empty soap only when requested etc small things). Hotel very noisy until midnight, many people drinking and partying and very poor sound proofing. Food served in buffet not tasty, dirty cutleries, glasses and cups had to be requested. Level of hygiene seemed quite low. Pool areas nice but too small for the size of the hotel, very crowded every day. Cannot get a sun bed because they are reserved early morning with towels and then not used in several hours. Quite stressfull and very noisy week, absolutely no relaxation even during the evening.

The hotel is perfectly located on the sea front. The rooms are a good size - we had a sea view balcony which was great. Our room was a little dated but still good and kept clean daily. The food offering in the main dining room is generally good with a good variety of food at each sitting. The menu changes each day. The dining room can get a bit busy during peak time but the food is kept replenished. The all inclusive drink offering is good and is available 10:30 - 23:00. The bar staff are excellent and are very friendly and engaging. The pool bar and pool snack bar also have a good offering with beer wine and soft drinks on self service and spirits and slushies at the bar. The pool snack bar does burgers, toasties and hot sandwiches and the bar does pizza. The main pool is a good size and there is a reasonable area for sun loungers. There is entertainment on during the day and a show on the evening. The entertainment team are excellent The staff throughout the hotel are excellent, very friendly, engaging and happy to help.

Clean hotel with great service. The hotel needs a refurb and is dated. Pool is not big enough to cater for all guests and sun beds are gone early. Good for budget family option

We were very disappointed with our stay at the hotel. Upon arrival, we found our room to be dirty, and unfortunately, the housekeeping standards were consistently low. Even after reporting this issue to the front desk three times, nothing was done to improve the situation. The cleaning staff often left dirt behind, and the room never felt properly cleaned. Although there was enough food in the restaurant, the cleanliness there was also far from acceptable. There was often food scattered on the floor and on the chairs, making the dining experience unpleasant. To make matters worse, a bird was flying inside the restaurant for several days in a row. We expected much higher standards from a hotel of this category.

Lange køer ved morgenbuffet, aftenbuffet, baren, elevator og receptionen. Langsomme elevatorer, og ude af drift flere gange. Forket værelse ved tjek ind, og ingen plads :-( Næste dag fik vi dog det værelse vi havde betalt for.

Indcheckning tog alt for lang tid, kortene til værelset virkede aldrig, alt var slidt og maden var rystende dårlig. De har stjålet minimum 2 af deres såkaldte 4 stjerner.

Kjempe fin beliggenhet, fine og rolige rom. Et stort hotel med mange gjester, mat i restaurant var ikke bra. Alt i alt et fint opphold, kommer gjerne tilbake men da uten mat inkludert.

Das Essen war sehr gut, sehr grosse Auswahl und von Allem genug. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich, bei Anliegen wurde sich gekümmert, manchmal nach dem 2. Mal nachfragen. Die Umgebung und das Unterhaltungsprogramm war hervorragend. Alles in Allem sehr zufrieden.
