Das Hotel als solches war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab vieles verschiedenes zur Auswahl. Die Sauberkeit und Modernität hatten noch Luft nach oben. Dafür war der Ausblick phänomenal. Mit dem Personal gab es nur wenig Kontakt. Aber immer sehr freundlich.

Fantastisk frokost, nydelig utsikt over bukt, hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen, rengjøring var veldig bra. Hotellet bærer preg av at det er slitt som f.eks. tall i heisen stemte ikke med etg. du var i, slitte håndklær og en del av personalet snakket ikke engelsk men fant da noen som kunne språket. På kveldstid besøkte vi resturanten og utvalget av mat var litt så som så. Spa var nydelig! Vi var veldig fornøyd og kan trygt anbefale dette hotellet.

After trying out other hotels, this is the best all around value, everything was wonderful even the restaurant

It was amazing. I will definitely be back. The only suggestion i have is for the staff to do a little more customer service. There was no laundry service due to semana santa. I asked about other options and they said there were none open. However i saw at least 4 laundry places on my walk around yhe

L hotel est bien située quand on veut prendre le bus du tour de ville, vue imprenable sur la baie et sur la ville. Déjeuner copieux et excellent. Chambre luxueuse. Location de vélos sur place. Tout est parfait

The elevator floor indicator lights need to be fixed. Several numbers lighting aren’t visible. The gym could benefit of a restroom and some newer equipment. There also the issue of free flying birds in the breakfast outdoor area that requires attention. Other than that they are great!

It pains me to give this rating because the property is actually nice - amazing view, specially from the restaurant outside and pool, as well as great location; also very good breakfast and comfortable room. HOWEVER, the staff of this property completely ruined it! Firstly, we had an issue at check in caused by staff member Mariangel who gave us wrong information (then another staff member telling us completely opposite and not even apologizing); but then TWICE we requested early takeaway breakfast (again, Mariangel took our request and didn’t make it happen!!) and TWICE they forgot about it!!! The first time there was no takeaway breakfast prepared for us at all which was outrageous and 2nd time luckily I went to check with reception the night before who informed me no request had been made so they rectified it but in the morning they didn’t have water bottles available which was meant to be included!! I argued with them and only after some back and forth they went to get the water - ridiculous customer service, staff member Cesar literally unbothered! These situations were ridiculous because imagine asking for takeaway breakfast in advance and this not being available when you’re going on a 5am excursion with no food until lunch time?! And refusing providing a water bottle because they were lazy to pick it up from the kitchen! Literally lack of consideration for the clients!!!

I absolutely loved my stay The Plaza Paitilla! The staff were incredible, room service was prompt, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed the pool and the overall atmosphere was a 10/10.

We had an amazing experience, friendly staff, great service, close to shopping and parks. Fairly priced food and drinks. Excellent cuisine, we will definitely be back.
