Good place to stay. It's in huge building and good location to access old streets. It takes around 20 minutes on foot. Hotel staffs are kind and ready to help. But the room is a bit noisy.

거실과 침실이 분리되어있어 좋았습니다. 큰 냉장고 하나와 인덕션이 있어서 뭐 만들어 먹기 좋아요. 바로 앞에 상점이 많거든요. 근데 화장실이 매우 좁아요. 그리고 바닥은 외국 답게 매우 더럽습니다.. 슬리퍼 필수 ㅠ 관광지 걸어다니기 좋아요. 20분 정도 쉬엄쉬엄 걸으면 굿

높은 층에 샤워실은 좀 좁지만 수압이 아주 좋았음. 경치가 좋음. 주차하기도 좋았으며 주변식당과 연계된 아침식사가 좋았습니다.(판 꼰 토마떼 o 보카디요)

Location is great, especially beautiful park and supermarket are very close. Washing machine and iron are very useful during the travel.

블로그에 후기가 많지 않아 호텔 선정 시 고민이 많았지만 직접 가보고는 너무 좋았습니다. 방도 생각보다 넓고 아이들과 지내기 좋았습니다. 그리고 바로 호텔 앞에 큰쇼핑몰도 있고 주말에 하는 엘코르떼 잉글레스 수퍼도 있어서 밥 해 먹기에 최고였답니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 주차를 할 때 행색이 좋지 않은 낯선 사람들이 주차자리를 안내해주면 돈을 간혹 요구하였습니다. 리셉션에서는 1유로를 줘도 되고 안 줘도 된다길래 그 분들이 안내해 준 자리 말고 다른 쪽 멀리 주차해서 그냥 돈을 주지 않았습니다. 이 부분을 제외 하고는 크게 문제 사항은 없었습니다.

I would like to leave a big thanks to PioXII Apt. After traveling from PioXII to a different city, I and my husband found that 200 euro worth of Korean money was lost. We thought we had a problem somewhere, but PioXII kindly called us that they had collected it from our room. We tried to pay 10% of the money, but they made a bank transfer of all the money and received it safely, even though it was a troublesome thing to do. The memories of Spain, which got upset, remained a big thanks and impression. We would like to thank PioXII Apt once again for giving me the lost property of the customer back even though it may have been a lot of hassle, and we want to express our sincere respect for them.

호텔위치등은 좋으나 숙소시설(주방집기,에어컨등등)은 보다 관리가 필요합니다. 리셉션응대는 잘합니다. 큰 길 건너편에 아주 큰 마트(지하)가 있습니다.

전체적으로 숙소 자체는 쓰는데 별 문제없고 평범합니다 숙소에서 대성당까지 걸어서25분 예술과학도시 1시간 걸립니다 문제는 자동차 여행객인데... 숙소 앞 도로에 무료주차 가능하다고 왔는데 자리가 없습니다 옆 공터에 간신히 주차했는데 주차관리원 비슷한 아저씨한테 몇유로줬습니다 새벽에 일어나 공터에서 숙소앞 도로로 자리 옮겼습니다 그 시간에도 자리는 거의 없습니다 자리 옮기고는 돈 안줬습니다 그리고 와이파이는 너무 자주 끊겨 불편했습니다 바로 맞은편에 큰 슈퍼있고 건물 1층에 도미노피자 있습니다

발렌시아 도심에서는 걸어서 20분 이상 떨어져 있습니다. 위치 때문에 숙박료가 싸다고는 해도 1박 7만원도 안되는 요금에 이 정도 시설이라니 믿기지 않을 정도의 가성비입니다. 침실이 분리되어 있는 레지던스인데 너무 깨끗하고 세탁기, 냉장고(서비스 생수 2병까지!), 전자렌지, 오븐까지 완비되어 있습니다. 더블 침대는 둘이서 자기에는 약간 작은듯 했지만 불편함은 없었습니다. 그래도 편하게 자겠다는 분은 소파 베드를 이용하면 되구요. 수납 공간도 많아서 정말 내 집처럼 편하게, 장기투숙하면 좋을 것 같습니다. 하룻밤 잠만 자고 나오기엔 아깝다는 생각이 들 정도였습니다. 단점이라면 샤워 부스가 작았고, 와이파이가 다소 느렸습니다. 길 건너편에 대형 슈퍼가 있습니다. 주차는 건물 바로 앞에 무료 노상주차 가능합니다. 체크인, 체크아웃 직원 둘 다 너무 친절했습니다. 다음 숙소 예약/체크인 관련 대신 통화를 부탁했는데 스페인어로 통화를 한 후 영어로 통역을 해주었고 가는 길까지 미리 잘 알려주었습니다.

Good location of fair and shopping.

건물외관이 낡아 걱정했는데, 라모델링 했는지 내부는 새것 같았어요. 객실 내에 세탁기가 있어 장기 여행자에겐 최적이었구요. 구시가와 도보 20 분 거리로 애매하게 멀었던 것만 빼면 다 좋았고 숙소앞 노상주차장에 무료주차가 가능해서 편했습니다.

Los apartamentos está la genial, limpieza y comodidad. Lo único que no me parece bien es que la entrada sea a las 15:00 y tengamos que dejar la habitación a las 11:00, es menos de un día. La zona es difícil de aparcar. Por lo demás muy recomendable

Em frente ao El Corte Inglês, onde tem um ótimo supermercado. Estacionamento nos arredores sempre lotado e o trânsito da cidade é caótico. Melhor não ir de carro. O apartamento é excelente. Recem reformado. Conta com uma sacada. Ar condicionado excelente. Roupa de cama e banho excelentes. Tudo ótimo.

Lovely, clean apartment. Great noise control. Wash/dryer worked very well. Parking a little difficult if you don’t know how the driving works.

Dejlig lys og ren lejlighed. Super køkkenfaciliteter. Fin spisebord størrelse og fin plads alt i alt Desværre meget vejstøj. Meget smal seng til 2 personer ( 150 cm ) Ubrugelig balkon pga vandvarmer og aircon installeret på balkon. Ingen plads til udemøbler, derfor ubrugelig.

Good two bed apt in a convenient location. There's a metro and bus stop outside. Supermarket and shopping centre across the road. It's walking distance to the zoo also which should be on everyone's to do lunch at whilst in Valencia as it's outstanding. The entrance is scruffy and there's a main road directly in front of the property. It's not got any wow factor really but it's ideal as a base.

When I first arrived, there was a guy sitting in the parking lot and he pointed to a spot where I was to park and told me to back in and acted like he was doing a bunch to help me. At first, I thought he was nice and possibly an employee of the hotel. But then I quickly realized he was just someone on the street hoping I would give him money For doing something that I could do myself. Then the police had to come because people were fighting outside. Then my son got locked in the bathroom because the latch on the bathroom door was stuck. It wasn’t even the deadbolt on the bathroom. It was just a regular latch that should open when you turn the door knob. We had to call the fire department who came at 2:30 in the morning to let my son out. The apartment themselves are pretty nice, but the area is not very nice and I was not impressed that the latch on the door was so old and stiff. I’m probably the only traveler who had to call the fire department, but it was not a good experience because there’s no front desk to call. There’s a Corte Ingles across the street and there’s a Domino’s downstairs so I guess there’s a couple things close by
