객실이 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 호수가 보이는 객실의 뷰가 좋습니다.

직원이 친절하고 객실도 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 바로 앞에 도로가 있음에도 조용 합니다.

역에서 가깝고 버스 정류장도 가깝고 근처에 쿱도 있고 시설도 깨끗하고 정말 좋은 호텔! 관광지도 걸어서 10분정도 걸리는 듯

객실이 어둡고 벽등이 지저분하며 칙칙했고 베개에서 머리냄새 많이 났고 이불도 덥고 적절치 않았다. 로잔역에서 M2타고 3정거장감 되었는데 로잔은 전체적으로 오르막 내리막이 많아 다시는 로잔에서 묵을생각없다. 객실내에 테이블이 많고 거울이 있어 내드라이사용할수 있는점이 좋았고 물2병은 첫날만 제공해준다.지역교통권 요구함 준다.이호텔만 들어감 핸폰이 꺼졌다 켜지면서 몇몇 자료가 삭제되는 경험을 했는데 몇번 반복하면서 이호텔만 나갔다 들어옴으로 결론지었었다.

로잔역에서 지하철 3정거장으로 가까웠으며 친절도 및 청결도도 아주 좋았습니드 야간에 5분만 걸어아가면 멋진 야경도 볼수 있습니다

로잔 날씨가 더워 올라가는데 힘이 많이 들었는데 예상외에 early check 가능하게 해준 프론트에 다시 감사드립니다. 너무나 친절하게 주변 관광 설명을 많이 해줌. 무엇보다도 테라스에서 레만 호수 뷰가 너무나 아름다웠습니다. 로잔에서 숙박한다면 무조건 이곳 호텔을 추천합니다.

Metro 역에서 가까운 위치, 레스토랑에서 레만호 뷰, 예쁜 데코레이션의 맛있는 음식, 좋았습니다 :)

Our room was clean and comfortable and air conditioned which was much appreciated. Staff were courteous and location was good if you want to stay in Old Town

At breakfast time one service personel (not really friendly) didn't allow us to sit at 4-seater table even there was no crowd; we came mostly @0745 & usually other servers allowed us to sit always at the same table or place

Stayed one night for a quick visit. Wished we had stayed longer, so much to see! Easy access from the station but remember that it is a very hilly city. A very friendly local suggested we take the bus from the railway. Cannot remember the number!! Ask at the station. Clean and comfortable bed, great bathroom.

The breakfast was terrible. Worst breakfast I’ve seen in an EU hotel. There was blood on the sheets. There was a roach in the room.

Great hotel, clean room, friendly staff, beautiful views of Lac Léman.
