주변환경은 물론이고 호텔 내부 관리와 객실의 청결도까지 관리상태가 최악이였습니다.

호텔 자체는 깔끔하고 괜찮았어요 직원도 친절하고! 아침 11시도 안되서 도착했는데 얼리체크인해주어서 매우 좋았습니다 방은 깔끔하고 생각보다 넓었어요 하지만 방에 먼지가 여기저기있는게 보였습니다 그리고 시내랑은 거리가 있어서 트램또는ㅊ좀 걸어서 버스나 지하철 타야하는게 아쉬웟어요!!!

가족이 머물기에 매우 좋았습니다. 기차역과 가까워 교통이 편리했고 쇼핑몰도 가깝게 있습니다. 방에 싱크대와 전자렌지가 있고 호텔 지하에 코인식 세탁기도 있어 매우 편리했습니다

최고의 숙소였습니다. 넓은 객실과 간이 주방, 친절한 직원들까지.. 화장실은 뛰어다녀도 될만큼 넓었습니다. 중심가는 아니였지만 충분히 걸어다닐수 있는 거리라 문제될껀 없습니다. 강추합니다.

Quel endroit formidable!!! Un personnel exceptionnel et un emplacement parfait!!! Transports en commun, épiceries, centre commercial, restaurants, tout était à porté de main! Tout ça dans un environnement sécuritaire et parfait pour courir le matin.

Wonderful breakfast. Great location to move around Lyon. or to. get to the train station. We did a lot of walking but the trams work well as another way to move around the city, which is bigger than we had expected. The hotel was cozy. The lounge was comfortable and appealing. The staff were super helpful

Chambre propre, lit confortable. Nous étions au calme, ce qui est très appréciable en milieu urbain. Petit déjeuner correct mais la salle pour le petit déjeuner n’est pas assez grande.

Personnel agréable. Ménage parfaitement fait tous les jours. Arrêt de tram quasi en face permettant un accès facile à l’ensemble du réseau de transports en commun. Petit déjeuner 15€ qui n’est pas à la hauteur du tout donc à fuir. Dans la chambre, frigo très très malodorant car visiblement constamment fermé et éteint. Salle de sport en mauvais état et équipement bas de gamme. Pas beaucoup de restaurants d’intérêt aux alentours car principalement de la mal bouffe type tacos/kebab.
