숙소를 찾는데 좀 힘들었지만 직원들이 너무너무나 친절합니다. 편안함과 친절한 안내로 즐거운 여행이었습니다.

직원분들은 너무도 친절하셨는데 본관을 확정해서 예약하시는걸 추천합니다. 별관은 뷰도 별로지만 시설도 불편합니다.

직원들이 친절해도 너무 친절합니다. 감동 받을정도로요. 직원 교육이 환상적이고 재방문 의사 200%입니다. 업그레이드 해줘서 더 편하게 이용할 수 있었고 청결하고 위치는 그냥 말할 것도 없이 궁전안에 있어 접근성 최고입니다. 약간의 단점이라면 조식이 너무 안들어갔던 것 같습니다... 거의 두 입 먹었나 싶어요 ㅋㅋ 그거랑 소파배드가 삐걱거리고 바닥이 너무 잘 느껴진다는점?.. 그것만 빼면 최고였습니다. 직원들 최고ㅠㅠㅠㅠ!!

별관이 있다는걸 모르고 갔다가 정말 당황했네요. 심지어 주차도 안되는 호텔이었습니다

예약하고 나니 별관을 소개하는 이메일이 왔습니다. 영어를 못해서 '별관으로 예약이 잡힌건가?'했습니다. 알고보니 본관과 별관 중 선택하란것이었습니다. 본관에서 묵었는데, 창문이 뻑뻑하다는 것 외의 불만사항은 없었습니다. 직원 모두 친절하고, 조식의 종류는 많지 않지만 다 맛있었습니다 :) 제가 또 다시 스플리트에 간다면 또 갈거에요! (룸은 생각보다 작지만 아늑했어요) 아. 엘레베이터가 없습니다..ㅠㅠ..

비수기에 방문해서 가격은 저렴했지만, 서비스는 저렴 하지않고 완벽했어요. 객실은 매우 깨꿋하고, 안락했으며 직원들은 항상 웃으며 친절히 도와줬어요. 오히려 너무 친절해 이쪽에서 걱정스러울 정도로 ㅎㅎ. 위치도 매우 만족합니다.

The hotel is situated within the walls of the Diocletian Palace. It is maintained extremely well; it feels just-built. The room wasn't large, but it was elegant and very functional. (I liked the deep desk.) There can be noise from the boisterous in the street at night, but it wasn't bad. You may hear a top-notch a capella choir (of four older men) singing for the tourists, a treat. Our experience at Hotel Palace Vestibule was simply excellent. The staff is hardworking and eager to satisfy, including a porter to lead you to the hotel from the nearby taxi stand.

The property was in an excellent location. Staff was very accommodating and attentive as we were staying in Annex (2 minute walk from main hotel). Make sure to book in main hotel but everything was great!

Breakfast was good. Location is excellent to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will book again if in Split.

Our experience was great- staff was friendly and helpful, had an amazing breakfast, room was very clean and included some mini fridge drinks. Amazing location! We really appreciate the hospitality and made our night in Split very memorable!

The hotel was nice. I didn’t realize when I booked the hotel, I wasn’t actually staying onsite. My room was a 5 minute walk from the main hotel. This wasn’t ever communicated. Totally fine, but made it a little tricky for breakfast.

Clean room. Great property. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful & accommodating staff. Would highly recommend.

Everything about this hotel is gorgeous. The location within the palace and having breakfast and an evening drink outside was an atmostpheric highpoint. Perfectly located, obviously and we found it with no trouble, although they do offer a porter to guide us there from the taxi drop-off. Service first class. Breakfast was fresh continental style served on a tiered platter at the table, but with plenty of hot options available for order. The Frittata was great, as were the Eggs Benedict. The Superior double room was smaller than we expected and we understand there are larger rooms of the same category available but with less historic details - but there was enough space and with a large bathroom. We hope to visit again.

I loved my stay at Hotel Vestibul. It’s a little hard to find in the middle of Fiocldtisns palace

Hotel Vestibul was lovely. It would be hard to find on your own, but the staff is ready to meet you and guide you through the palace to the hotel. The rooms are nice, clean and have everything you need. The staff were uniformly excellent- always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend spending your time in Split at Hotel Vestibul.
