숙소를 찾는데 좀 힘들었지만 직원들이 너무너무나 친절합니다. 편안함과 친절한 안내로 즐거운 여행이었습니다.

직원분들은 너무도 친절하셨는데 본관을 확정해서 예약하시는걸 추천합니다. 별관은 뷰도 별로지만 시설도 불편합니다.

직원들이 친절해도 너무 친절합니다. 감동 받을정도로요. 직원 교육이 환상적이고 재방문 의사 200%입니다. 업그레이드 해줘서 더 편하게 이용할 수 있었고 청결하고 위치는 그냥 말할 것도 없이 궁전안에 있어 접근성 최고입니다. 약간의 단점이라면 조식이 너무 안들어갔던 것 같습니다... 거의 두 입 먹었나 싶어요 ㅋㅋ 그거랑 소파배드가 삐걱거리고 바닥이 너무 잘 느껴진다는점?.. 그것만 빼면 최고였습니다. 직원들 최고ㅠㅠㅠㅠ!!

별관이 있다는걸 모르고 갔다가 정말 당황했네요. 심지어 주차도 안되는 호텔이었습니다

예약하고 나니 별관을 소개하는 이메일이 왔습니다. 영어를 못해서 '별관으로 예약이 잡힌건가?'했습니다. 알고보니 본관과 별관 중 선택하란것이었습니다. 본관에서 묵었는데, 창문이 뻑뻑하다는 것 외의 불만사항은 없었습니다. 직원 모두 친절하고, 조식의 종류는 많지 않지만 다 맛있었습니다 :) 제가 또 다시 스플리트에 간다면 또 갈거에요! (룸은 생각보다 작지만 아늑했어요) 아. 엘레베이터가 없습니다..ㅠㅠ..

비수기에 방문해서 가격은 저렴했지만, 서비스는 저렴 하지않고 완벽했어요. 객실은 매우 깨꿋하고, 안락했으며 직원들은 항상 웃으며 친절히 도와줬어요. 오히려 너무 친절해 이쪽에서 걱정스러울 정도로 ㅎㅎ. 위치도 매우 만족합니다.

Everything was perfect.

Bra service - hvis du bestiller villa dobric så må du gå en god stund før du faktisk finner «søster hotellet» ingen informasjon om dette på forhånd. Veldig mye støy inne i leilighetene så ikke book dette om du skal sove. Utover det fin service og god frokost.

Great location! Staff super helpful and friendly. They walked outside the palace to wait for us as cars can’t enter to assist us with our luggage at check-in and checkout. Room spacious for Europe with all necessary amenities.

Almost a month has passed and yes, my trip was made memorable from the start to finish (Apr 5 to Apr 8). Power is in the team. Hotel staff and team's attention to minute details is worth mentioning. Staff taking care of and providing comfort to customers is exemplary. Steven: His impeccable attention to my emails and his prompt responses were impressive. The moment I stepped into the hotel, he went over and beyond to make me feel at home—courteously gave me the news of room upgrade with the coffee kettle/ironing board with iron—offered drinks in lobby, provided detailed instructions of important landmarks to visit with step by step directions, booked my tour to Krka/Trojir/Skradin, personally gave me history lesson of the hotel, he walked me to the Vestibul place with his maestro singing echoing in the dome/roof/walls like orchestra acoustics. Next day Steve again went an extra mile to walk me to the Gray Line bus tour office. After I entered the room, there was a personal note from Mr. Nenad which was touching. Manager Valentino is professional, compassionate and kind to let me know that the restaurant Chef would be glad to cook anything I wanted since I had dietary restrictions. Petar's insight into Salona ruins impelled me to visit them. Marina and Tony’s help in arranging transportation from the hotel to the airport cannot be ignored. Housekeeping was immaculate, Morning breakfast was more than perfect. Ana capped the finale with bidding me goodbye and walking out to

Great stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. Location was perfect.

Firstly the service was impeccable and impressive. Ivan and entourage met us at our vehicle, collected luggage and Ivan guided us into the old city and proceed to give a tour of the area. The entire time we were there staff were beyond helpful.

The location could not be more perfect, within the palace walls. Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful and made parking simple and straightforward, even though it is in a pedestrian zone in the busiest part of the city. Breakfast is wonderful and delicious!

One night stay. Warm welcome and caring staff. Great location in the very heart of the historic old town.
