위치 너무 좋아요. 깨끗해요. 친절한 호텔직원들 덕분에 편안하게 지낼수 있었어요. 사우나도 너무 좋아요.

비엔나에서 위치도 너무 좋고 현대식 리노베이션을 통해 편안하게 머무를수있습니다^^ 수퍼마켓이 같은 건물에 있습니다~~^^

정말 환상적인 호텔이다. 직원들의 친절은 내가 이제까지 경험해 보지 못한 최상급이며 호텔 시설과 관광지와의 거리. 특히 아침 식사는 거의 최고급 이다. 프론트에서 차를 받아서 출발하는데 운전석과 조수석에 생수를 하나씩 넣어서 가져 왔다 기가 막히다. Vey nice hotel in kindness and location and parking lots. all palace and museum is only far 15 minutes in walking from hotel. They served drink when check in and served iced water in my car when check out. mostly breakfast is fantastic i never seen. I strongly suggest this hotel and want to love long life.

글로벌체인 호텔보다 깨끗하고 모든 직원이 친절함.식당 음식이 다양하게 고급진 과일,음식이 신선하게 맛있었음. 손님을 대하는 태도가 굉장히 친절하였습니다. 중요관광지 중심에 위치하여 걸어서 갈 수 있었음. 다음에 오스트리아 온다면 여기에 묵고 싶습니다.

위치도 좋고 서비스도 친절합니다. 웰컴초콜릿이나 조식 식사 시 테이블의 꽃을 새것으로 교체해주는 등 세심한 배려가 기분 좋게 해주었습니다. 주면에 미술관도 있고 아기자기한 예쁜 가게들도 있어서 구경하기도 좋습니다.

처음 비엔나를 방문하기 때문에 호텔을 정하는데 고민이 많았습니다. 이 곳을 선택한 이유로는 이미 작성된 리뷰들과 위치가 비엔나 시청과 그 주위의 관광 명소와 가까운 점이 크게 작용했습니다. 우리가 방문할 당시에는 크리스마스 시즌이 진행중이라서 예쁘게 꾸며진 크리스마켓을 즐기기 최적의 장소였습니다. 내부 인테리어 구조는 처음에는 납득이 되지 않았지만, 3일간 숙박을 하면서 상당히 사용자의 동선과 생활패턴에 맞게 만들었다는 느낌이 들었습니다. 한 예로 화장실과 샤워실이 분리되어 있습니다. 처음에는 불편했지만, 지금와서 생각해보면 같이 투숙하는 사람과의 프라이버시와 위생적인 면이 최대한 고려된 느낌입니다. 호텔에서의 직원들은 상당히 친절한 모습이었습니다. 체크인 첫 날부터 입구에서 환한 미소로 기꺼이 짐을 옮겨주며 환대해 주는 직원들의 모습과 첫 방문객을 배려하기 위해 일부러 먼저 주변의 관광 명소들을 가이드 책자 지도에 메모를 해 주며 친절히 알려주는 모습이 인상적이었습니다. 또한 가장 기억에 남는것은 동행한 와이프가 치아 통증이 심하여 주변 병원을 찾아야 하는 상황에서 친절하게 일일이 병원에 전화하여 당일 방문 여부와 영어로 의사소통 가능한 의사가 있는지 확인해 주는 모습에 깊은 감동을 받았습니다. 조식은 정갈하게 준비되어 있었고 음식의 맛은 평균 이상이었습니다. 만약 다음에 또 비엔나를 방문하게 된다면 저는 다시 이 호텔을 이용하고 싶습니다.

clean and graceful room also with cutting edge dispay on the wall with tv embedded. friendly and well organized staff at front desk and also capable kind service at the hotel restaurant as well as wonderful foods and wines served. impressed by the flight ticketing service by the front desk, but most of all proactiveness and considerateness of the staff when we leave.

nice location. staffs were very kind and caring. facilities were awesome (swimming pool, sauna, gym). great restaurant (both breakfast and dinner). nice restaurants nearby. even room was cozy and roomy. you can't be well treated like this with this budget. i will definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay at a perfect hotel that is now at the top of the list of my favorite hotels! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Location is perfect and walkable to all the important sights. However, the staff really put the stay over the top. The moment you arrive until you leave the treatment is top class. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and the staff there are top notch as well! I will be back as soon as possible!

Hotel Sans Souci was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived to checking out, everyone we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The restaurant was so good for breakfast and dinner. The Lichtenstein exhibit throughout the hotel was lovely. An A+ experience in a charming city.

The hotel we stayed at on the first day of our family trip to Austria was the best, with everything perfect. The staff were very friendly, and the place was clean. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the feeling of being treated like royalty. It was a shame to only stay for one day. If I visit Vienna again, I would love to stay here again.

The hotel was generally very clean and well maintained. Had some minor issues with housekeeping that were resolved at the hotel. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Location is excellent.
