Hôtel familial les pieds dans l’eau. Belle vue sur la baie et l’Aiguille depuis la chambre « balnéo » au dernier étage. Chambre petite, mais coquette. Attention, pas d’ascenseur, ne convient pas à des personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite. L’accueil au petit déjeuner aurait pu être plus chaleureux. Une bonne adresse dans un lieu emblématique où le choix est plutôt limité.

Vue au Top sur les falaises d'Etretat. Baignoire Balnéo, cafetières à disposition dans le couloir. Restaurant accolé à l'Hotel.

This cozy little hotel is in a great location right next to the promenade. I slept well. It is exceptionally soundproof. I have never seen such heavy, tightly fitted doors. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was mold in the bathroom. And my room had no bathtub. Just a shower.

Tout est parfait, le seul petit bémol que je peux rajouter, c’est que sur la carte dans la chambre il nous, ils nous disent qu’il y a un Room service après 21 heures, mais en réalité il y en a pas

Personnel très agréable, prévenant et souriant. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Matelas un peu mou pour ma part, habitué à plus ferme. Bel établissement.

Les plus: Localisation, personnel sympa Les moins: La VLC du restaurant jusqu a 11h du soir

We had a room with a balcony facing the water and it did it all! Lovely to doze with the doors open and hear the waves crashing. The city is cozy, although not huge. The beach is long and beautiful. As we had slightly worse weather, it was also wonderfully deserted.

Hotel à taille humaine, avec un service irréprochable. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent. Chambre balneo vue mer. Juste exceptionnel.

Gorgeous room with a wonderful view. Great location to everything!

Beautiful view of the water

Sejour agreable, tres bon acceuil. S'il fallait mettre un seul petit défaut une qualite literie un peu juste dans ma chambre mais rien de bien grave, je reviendrais sans problèmes le reste est tres bien.

Joli hotel, idéalement situé au bord de la mer. Le staff est accueillant et agréable. Seul point négatif de notre séjour : le lit n'était pas un lit double mais deux lits simples collés.

Upon arrival at the hotel we were told that Expedia was trying to reach us however we did not receive an email or voicemail. The hotel said they were calling because the large room with a balcony that we reserved had an issue with the plumbing and they could not put us in this room and needed to downgrade us to a smaller room without a balcony. We had no choice in the matter. I found it strange that Expedia was trying to call us when it was an hotel issue. The hotel said they would give us a free breakfast for the inconvenience but that I had to call Expedia to get a credit on the downsizing. When back in the states, I emailed Expedia asking for a credit for the difference in the rooms, which is what I was instructed to do by the hotel, but Expedia explained they cannot do this, rather their process is to contact the hotel and see if the hotel would be willing to give us a credit. After some back-and-forth and waiting a couple days, the outcome per Expedia was that the hotel denied any credit to us. So basically the hotel lied to us and blew us off by telling us to deal with the fact that we paid for an expensive room but didn’t get it after we had already left the country. Pretty low of them to do.

very small room! lots of stairs and parking was not easy at all. location is great.

Erg mooi hotel en kamer met een geweldig uitzicht

Wonderful room. Outstanding view. Lovely staff. Delicious breakfast. We’ll definitely be back and want the exact same room with a sea view!
